Went in to buy paint for a model boat. Diana went out of her way to match the colours I needed - was very friendly and professional. Returned a week later as I had misjudged one of the colours. Diana was just as helpful again and was able to supply me with the desired colour. Her colleague Sara never stopped smiling - a pleasant experience from first to last. John

I ordered the night before and arrived just after opening. The staff were so helpful even though the online order had not yet processed. 5 star service, nothing was too much hassle

This branch of Brewers is amazing - we drive the extra 14 miles because the service is so good. We have been dealing with Maddy and Sarah and their customer service is commendable. The rest of the staff are also extremely helpful including the Manager. Well worth travelling the extra distance to receive such excellent service.

Sent wrong paint I ordered customer service was poor, due to lack of staff. Had to return 2 days later

Went to Brewers in Farlington, Portsmouth to purchase Farrow & Ball paint but when told the price was over £80 for 2.5 litres, I nearly had a seizure.
I had found the F&B Modern Eggshell really disappointing, a thin watery paint which requires 2-3 coats to get a flat finish.
Instead, Maddie advised using a Johnstones Acrylic Eggshell at 2/3rds of the price of F&B.
Wow what a difference, colour matching was spot on and the Johnstones paint is a game changer.
Thank you Maddie for such excellent customer service, Brewers will be my go to store for paint supplies in the future, and with a 10% discount card thrown in, it’s bye bye B&Q and hello Brewers.

We ordered 2.5lr of Matt emulsion with a next day delivery when bought online. The paint has been put up on two walls before noticing the paint has a sheen to it. I believe it is not a Matt paint but is a satin contrary to what it says on the tin. I’m going to take the paint to my local Brewers store for their opinion.

I visited the centre in Farlington near Portsmouth after being left stand there like a spare part at a wedding someone finally ask if I was being served! I asked about Johnstones emulsion and a particular colour I was after I was told they could mix it and for a 5ltr tin would cost me over £60 I said that was nearly 3 times the cost elsewhere when someone else pipped up and said yeah that's already mixed for off the shelf sale even at £30 I would have bought it. No other help was offered and felt like it was clear off and buy it somewhere else then! Won't be going there again!

Items were in stock, price was good, delivery was quick and the guy delivering was brilliant. Just a nice guy doing a great job who seemed proud of the company and service they try to deliver. All round a very good experience.
