It's great that even if they haven't got something in stock you can order and pay for an item and have it delivered to the store, for the next day, for free. Worked a treat and won't hesitate to use the service again..... Plus they actually do have a good variety of stock as well.

Cuprinol Ducksback was on offer at £6 a tin cheaper than elsewhere. I ordered 3 tins online, they were in store the following lunchtime. The kind chap who served me even carried them to the car and put them in the boot for me! I am knocking on a bit and May have looked a bit shaky, it was the prospect of 21 x 2 metre panels to paint! Anyway you don’t get that in b & q do you. Well done Brewers.

In store service is great, but the website purchasing experience is dire. Glitches with paying for my shopping basket led to the programme refusing to accept the discount code I had been provided, saying it had been used when it obviously hadn't. Also, unclear over what products received discounts or not from within the site and from purchase screens led to a frustration with online purchasing I have not endured since the early 90s.
