I dropped my car off and asked if it could be ready by lunch time they said they would do their best which they did and the car was ready for me to collect at 11am

Most people would tell you dealerships are not be trusted they will over price any work that maybe required on your vehicle at Brayleys Nissan Coventry is contrary to the generalisation. Brayleys Nissan Coventry has looked after me, the service, staff level of customer service I cannot fault and that is why I keep coming back every year because I know my vehicle and I will be looked after very well. I hope to buy car from them one day.

We had an issue with the car, were something came up on the car, so when Zaff booked the car in there was a recall on the car that we wasn't told about no email or letter in the post, this is the 2nd time that you have had the car and no has wash it, even on the 1st service.
Please make sure that the car is washed on the next visit.

Booked in for Air conditioning to be sorted.
A very pleasant mechanic explained what he had done but was not completely happy with the outcome.
He said he would look at something else if I was happy to wait another 40 minutes.
Success . He was so helpful and I left feeling happy to drive away with a perfectly functioning air conditioning.
He also told me to return and ask for him if I wasn't completely satisfied with the work .

Long story short - My vehicle came to you around the middle of May and I had it returned 2 days ago. It had sat for most of this time completely dead due to the electrical issue. Nissan Europe was blamed the entire time until a master tech advised of a different part number to try which worked straight away.
No compensation has been sent to me and the car has come back with damages.
For a main dealer, I am appalled at what I've experienced and would never recommend buying a Nissan if this is how they treat customers.

Saying that, I will say the staff have always been pleasant and understanding but Nissan head office are a joke.

Greeted immediately on entering the showroom. Friendly knowledgeable salesman who introduced himself as Stefan. Everything from start to finish was dealt with very efficiently. Collected my new car , was shown and talked through all the extras in detail. Cannot praise Stefan enough for his help in making my final selection

Took my car for a service and MOT. The people I spoke to on the phone before the appointment and the lady at the garage were all friendly. However, I was surprised to find my screen wash not topped up and my car not cleaned. Customer service has dropped massively since it became Brayleys. Westway always made sure the car was washed, valeted and screen wash was topped up in the service.
