Very good, lost one star due to automatic wing mirrors being badly offset. I drove off in the dark into very heavy traffic and was unable to stop to reset them for a while. Service staff excellent.

I'd have welcomed less upselling and was disappointed you have stopped washing the cars as part of the service. I'd prefer to be told it's to keep costs down rather than to save a tree.

Good professional service

The service was completed within a day. They sent me a video of the vehicle health check. I had asked them to check the fuel hose which was inspected visually and was shown on the video.

Booking my car service at Brayley Honda was smooth and hassle-free. I used the pick-up and drop-off service, which was excellent. Colin, who collected the car, was professional and thorough—he completed the checks carefully and left all the relevant documentation before taking the vehicle away.

Chris, the service engineer, carried out a full 360° external inspection. The video inspection was clear and well explained, covering the wheels, brakes, lights, wipers, and exhaust in detail. Communication throughout was excellent, with regular text updates keeping me informed of the progress. The MOT and service were completed efficiently and professionally, as always.

The only small disappointment was that they no longer offer a car wash and clean, opting instead to plant a tree—which is a positive initiative, but I did miss the clean car on return.

Overall, a very professional service experience and definitely deserving of 5 stars.

The process was very easy from booking in to collecting me car for MOT and service.

I found the service disorganised and I had a wasted trip as the car wasn't ready. I had to chase them up with phone call. Once I had bought the car and found it didn't have the locking nuts and they never sorted it fir me despite numerous calls and so I gave up. I have just found out that they sold me the car when it had worn brake pads that would have been highland I the mot that they did. I'm not impressed at all

We have bought several new Honda Civics from Brayleys and have always had excellent service. This year was no exception. Steve was extremely helpful and made the whole process of changing to a new car effortless. Highly recommended if you want to buy a Honda - or even want to think about buying one.

I turned up at Brayleys with an emergency on Monday morning as I am a customer, but without an appointment as I have a family issue which necessitates using my car……I left my car there, and in spite of having 37 cars booked in, and not making promises, Colin and the manager Tony rejigged their planned appointments, checked out my car and resolved the issue, which fortunately was not the major problem I thought it was. I collected my car later that day and am now able to continue supporting my family!! Great service, and positive result!!

Friendly and helpful staff.
Labour charges are good for a main dealer a lot less than Ford in Epsom every thing that needed doing was explained and costed before collection.

All fine, except the car was very late being returned. All work done well.

I was very happy with the “pick up and drop service” The guy was very polite as well as the guy that called to take the payment. Very happy overall.

Worst customer service experience ever. Bought a car from them, that's broken down after three weeks with major engine fault.
No courtesy car offered even if it supposed to based on the contract.
Lack of communication for weeks regarding the process of repair.
Refused to buy the car back (within 30 days of purchase), and lied about the relevant legislation.
Offered to buy the car back after Ombudsman investigation started, but was too busy to process it.
Very arrogant unhelpful sales manager (Jerome).
Just altogether a complete nightmare, I would advise everyone to stay away from Brayley Honda Ewell.
