I visited the shop yesterday given that they sell royce bras which are suitable in most cases for ladies that wear a breast form following mastectomy surgery. I was informed that they don't keep any on the shelf. The assistant went out the back but returned very quickly and said they didn't have any and when I enquired about mastectomy bras I got a very disappointing reply by saying that bravissimo didn't sell them. Never felt so bad 👎

I haven't bought any new bras since before Covid-19 and suspected after some weight loss that I needed a fitting. Molly, the young lady who attended to me at the branch in Bath, was terrific. Highly professional, immediately recognising the size and shape I would need to tick my boxes of comfort, colours and practicality. The added bonus was the range of styles and prettiness I was able to purchase from Bravissimo. All in all a good experience.

Let me start by saying I hate buying bras. I visited the Guildford store to buy a strapless bra. The staff were amazing, they offered great advice choosing the correct bra and ensured it fitted. The bra itself (Freya) is a perfect fit under my new dress.

I have been buying bras from bravissimo for a while. The designs are varied and pretty which is a plus point when it to comes larger busts. However the quality is poor considering I’m paying at least £40 per bra. I kept going back to the store as where else can larger busted women buy bras on the high street (I’m a K cup) ? When I go for a fitting I can’t fault the staff. They are knowledgeable and supportive ( no pun intended). I have come to write this review as I have had 2 bras where the wires have poked through within the space of 3 months. The first time it happened I exchanged for another bra without issue. The second bra developed a problem within a month of purchase. Contacted customer service said I should take in for an exchange which I did. The staff member was apologetic then proceeded to show me bras and helped with the fitting. Nothing was said about payment. I had chosen the bra then the staff member proceeded tell me how much and will ring it through once i’m ready. Reminded her how long I have had this bra. She told me an exchange is at manager’s discretion and the fault was due to wear and tear. I had worn the bra on three occasions within month! Then she told me that she has the same problems with the bravissimo bras to the point she’s buying bras every 3 months. I asked for the number to complain. When I contacted them , again apologised but on looking up my account they noted I had returned a bra previously therefore wanted me to return the bra to inspect. When asked what difference it makes I returned a bra their answer was flannel. I didn’t want to argue just wanted a new bra. I was sent I returns label I had to print. I packed bra and decided to take this loss as I had no confidence that they would give an honest appraisal. If you’re a larger busted woman I know the struggle to find nice bras that last. Sadly bravissimo does not meet this standard.

The fitting service is amazing, better than any of the stores & the selection of bras is phenomenal.

Your love for your work was infectious and I really enjoyed the experience of working out my size and finding some bras that I liked and fitted me really well. I went into Bravissimo Chester today as I am pregnant and struggling with my current bras as they no longer fit.
Pip served me and was so lovely and kind. She really helped me find some lovely comfy bras and was so patient trying to find me things that fit.
She explained how everything fitted correctly and I am so grateful for her help.
The bras themselves are pretty and very comfortable and Pip wrote all the size information down for me for the next time I visit.

I came for a weekend stay in Chester and happened across the Bravissimo store. I had not planned a visit here and had never been before but I popped in hoping they could help me out without an appointment.
I've put lots of weight on since menopause and had no bras that fit well or comfortably whatsoever. The staff were very welcoming and offered me a fitting.

I was taken to the waiting room and after a few minutes I met Cheryl who came and introduced herself as my fitter.

Cheryl was so professional and courteous and very respectful of a ladies dignity and modesty. I felt very comfortable with her and really appreciated her endless patience whilst we went through what I needed and what styles i liked followed by trying on LOTS of bras to find a good fit.

In the end I purchased 5 bras, three for 'going out of the house' that gave nice shape and support and two for what I think of as 'housework/gardening bras' that are more sporty and forgiving, if not quite as flattering.
One garment wasn't in stock in the right colour so I had that ordered and delivered FOC to my home - it arrived in 5 days (not bad in you consider that included a weekend).

Of course I paid much more than I would in a department store for the 5 bras and I do find Bravissimo very expensive, but if you add in the professional fitting service and quality of experience, as well as someone just running around after you to find the perfect size/colour garment etc, somehow the price tag doesn't seem so bad afterall.

I wwanted to leave a really positive review because my experience was nothing but positive on this occassion, but in particular, I wanted to highlight the wonderful and personable service I received particularly from Cherly. If I ever return to Chester, I hope she's still there to help again.

I visited Brighton recently and on the off chance popped in for a fitting. Although busy, they fitted me in and their staff were really helpful. Delighted with my purchase. I normally buy from them online - so it was lovely to get the opportunity pop into one of their branches for once. Happy customer!

I visited the Chester branch and was served by Rach. I had lost weight in recent months but I had no idea what my new size was. Rach knew straight away and came back with a perfect fitting bra. I loved the style she’d chosen so I went with that first try on. Rach was extremely professional and knowledgeable but also kind, pleasant and respectful.

Practical and straightforward help but with such a friendly service, I went in quite anxious about discussing and showing off my boobs but left very happy and relaxed. Bath shop is lovely. I'm very grateful and will be back

Thank you to Lara at your Cambridge branch for being so helpful and lovely. I Had a fitting this morning with Lara who made me feel totally comfortable. She was really helpful and I now finally have a bra that fits comfortably.

I was a little wary of the sizing to begin with, after years of wearing the wrong size bra. After wearing my new bra a few times, I’ve realised it’s a great!
I had a problem regarding a delivery & the customer service was outstanding!
Myself & my daughter will definitely be purchasing from this company again.

Amazing bra’s - unmatched in quality. Always fantastic customer service with the online team. Quick turn around with refunds too. Only thing I wish is they did more/all the styles in the bigger sizes not just a selection. (I’m a 42GG).

I was very disappointed with my service in Norwich on Saturday. I popped in to look at strapless bras and they were able to fit me in for a bra fit. Having got given the bras to try on I was then just left. I'm not sure how long they think it takes to take one bra off and put one bra on :-). One didn't fit at all and the other didn't fit along the cup so I could have really done with her popping back in to look at it. Having stood twiddling my thumbs for a while and re-dressing to ask my husband if anyone was about I took them off and gave up. The assistant appeared as I was coming out of the changing room and did offer to go and get more sizes but I'd had enough by then as I would have had to have put the bra back on for her to assess the issue. Maybe little buttons in the changing room would be a good idea so at least staff are alerted if you need some help.

I had a really lovely experience with Katy in the Norwich store. She was very sweet and accommodating - nothing was too much to ask! She went above and beyond. The other colleagues also seemed very nice!

Excellent personal service from Cheryl at Bravissimo in Chester. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable having a bra fitting and took the time to listen to what I wanted and find the right bra for me.

I've just bought 3 bras and a fitted bikini. Lu the fitter had excellent customer service. She gave very good advice and made every effort to make me feel comfortable. I feel so confident in my new purchases. They look great !
