One of the worst in Internet Banking ,, It literally never works after 10pm .. Im not even sure how they operate in the Phillipines .. Its been the same for the last 3 yrs and nothing has improved ... I reached the bank and they said Its Maintainance ..I asked what maintenance was it daily and they did not have a clue

It's so frustrating that I always encounter problem with my online banking I don't know what is happening, why it's always having an error I can't access my bpi mobile app, I can't open my account I did to change my Sim card at first because it said my number need to update and it is not working again!!

I'm so stressed since last night

I'm so stressed since last night, because I cannot log into my account either on the website or thru the app. Tried to uninstall and re-install the app but still could not log in, trying to register my phone even if it's done ages ago, now I don't know if my money is in still my account. No way of knowing or checking my balance online and I'm abroad. There's no way to send an email to them, only a feedback form which is not enough way to tell my exact concern at all.

Very slow transactions bpi naic branch

Very slow transactions bpi naic branch, I read past reviews and its all the same for the past few years, i dont know if they are aware of the reviews or they are just ignoring it, peolple are waiting more than an hour for a simple transactions such as deposits, card replacement or update accounts, i am a new client for bpi and how many times i make deposit already and it took me almost 2 hrs waiting, just like now the person beside me already waiting for 2 hrs just to make deposit, i dont know why our banking system still slow for every transactions inside the bank, i hope you knock the manager of bpi naic

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. This app has been unreliable for over a year, with constant downtime and transaction failures every single day. It is easily the worst banking app I’ve used. Needs urgent stability fixes.

Very disappointing experience at BPI…

Very disappointing experience at BPI Fairview (Marian) branch. I paid for a replacement of my expired ATM card and was previously informed that I don't need to fall in line upon pick up. However, when I arrived, one of their staffs just told me to sit and wait, but it felt like the in charged personnel/staff made me wait longer than necessary (maybe she thought other staffs will assist me).

But what made it worse was that no one approached me to ask how they could assist (the fact that I will only pick up my card). The staff only acted on my "simple transaction" after I questioned them about the delay. It felt like they were willing to let me wait indefinitely if I hadn’t followed up myself. There was a clear lack of urgency and customer care. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve had in any banking institutions so far. I hope management takes steps to improve how they handle clients, especially for simple transactions as such.

Branch in boracay tellers for exchange currency are so rude and unprofessional. In general bpi bank for paper work are to slow and takes half a day for exchange money. Do go to bpi bank and lose one day of your vacation for few cents. Go to exchange currency store and rate maybe few cents different, but you save a day wasting your time in bpi bank. Doesn't matter 100 dollars or few thousands dollars you have to sign 3 pages of documents plus losing one day of your vacation time.

I went in to Collect a ATM Card.

This is a about my visit BPI Bank tubunok Talisay Cebu.

I received a message saying that my card would soon expire. So firstly you have to go to a branch to order one. They said that it be approximately a week. Then they told me you won't be able to use from now as it's been blocked. OH GREAT.
I asked if I would get a text from the bank NO I said we'll have you got a phone number to call . Told me to send a text and they respond when I'm
So far good but slow and hanging around for ordering a new updated Card. It's Not done Automatic. And sent out.
So received text saying ready to collect new card it was busy lot of people eating snacks a few half sleeping etc. I can see now why that is!!!
So lucky I had something else to do while I was there
I went into branch asked the gaurd ib come to pick up a replacement card I also told him I was Senior Citizen. Got my no when it was my time. I waited and waited. I went to a cashier's why are there no numbers in what I got . She said you have to go down there I questioned that she said they verbally call you.
I waited I asked a couple of staff and told them I had come on for. You have to wait I did that 30 mins /1 HR /1 HR 30 mins and not got my card. Just after that I was called along with 3 others. Waiting for the same thing a new card. I spoke to one of them waiting she had been waiting for almost 2 hrs. I was the only one asking why it's taking all this time. And I was standing for about ,40 mins there were no more seats. I have up my seat up to another senior who looked she needed a seat. But there were a lot of younger persons . But did any of the younger persons offer a seat NO Ofcouse they didn't.. So found the visit extremely poor.and slow hardy no staff.
Then as I don't speak philipo and asking why it's taken all this time. The Cashier was talking to the lady have a laugh at my expense I brought it to there attention although I don't speak the language I know you are talking about me and and it's so unprofesional . I told her that BPI was still using 20 th Century using methods of working signing paperwork filling in forms .so all in all I was in the bank for nearly 2 hrs Thank you BPI. Please drag yourself into 21st Century.

I have been banking with BPI for years

I have been banking with BPI for years. This is the first time that I had issues with BPI. Don't transact with large amounts to them. They will hold your funds without accurate and exact reason. I have a deposit since Dec 28, 2025 and until now it's not posted. Giving me unreasonable reasons!

I went to Bpi Tuguegarao today and worst experience ever they usually assist first their relatives or friends even without numbers. Bpi Tuguegarao near MOV! These employees are those who assists other transactions from the bank!

Requires much improvement

Few things to consider before you transact with this Bank.
- they don’t respond to emails
-contacting customer service takes ages
- no hope of getting through them when you are abroad
- when you present yourself in the bank, you would have to cue and this might take longer
- they are still using paper, meaning will have to write and sign your details despite rendering your request via their app/website
-never loose your philippine sim card as OTPs when making a transaction is sent to your mobile number.

The automated voice call took so much…

The automated voice call took so much time before you can reach the right person, you have too call multiple times as well to just get your issue address.
The BPI San Juan Branch near Inglesia ni Cristo church take their time dealing with customers, It felt like they are choosing who they want to provide assistance, I've felt very bad while waiting to get my number called until deciding to leave

Not for OFW'S transaction very disappointed

This is not good to recommend for OFW's like me, it's hard to negotiate or to reach them via email or call. For me, It's not good at all for overseas like the transaction are very hard especially you will have a loan. They are not assisting you properly. I think they are good only for local service.

Useless lazy incompetent arrogant annoying careless rude abrupt ignorant and don't care about customers who sit around for 3 hours in these horrific banks waiting to be served by someone who spends most of the time on Facebook or gossiping about customers who complain about the 100% absence of customer service.

I'm morethan 2 years BPI loyal member for almost 3yrs.
I tried to apply online credit card twice pero never nag reply Kung approve o hindi.

Kaya advise ko sa anak ko kamaganak ko wag na mag open a account sa BPI.

Marami naman dyan iba Mas maayos.
Never nako mag papadala ng REMMItance sa BPI.

Hindi inirerekomenda ang bangkong ito. Nakipagugnayan ako sa customer support matapos kong malaman na na-hack ang aking card, ngunit inabot ng halos 2 oras bago matapos ang buong proseso. Sa kabutihang-palad, hindi ganoon kalaki ang pera ko sa bangkong ito.
