I placed a couple of orders on the same day with BPerfect on the Brendan's Birthday special. My order came with everything I ordered but I never received the free product. I got in contact and Deborah sorted it all out for me with no trouble at all. I love BPerfect and their products ❤️

Excellent service. I made an order and stupidly forgot tk put my house number in so my parcel didnt arrive. A lady called Deborah helped sort this out for me and has recent my parcel with my correct address. Very helpful and quick to responde.

I received a faulty product and contacted the customer services team and they responded the same day. Deborah from the team was lovely, she checked out the issue promptly and sent me a replacement product which I received within days. Great service.

I bought two lip serums while staying in Northern Ireland recently. I absolutely loved them but was disappointed when the top of both broke and the product was squeezed out of the tube. I wrote to BPerfect not really expecting a reply but I was contacted almost immediately by Ann who took the details of the product and promised to send a replacement. I am delighted with the fast response and the effective replacement of a product that I love. Thank you so much Ann!!

I had a query on my order , I used a code to receive a free gift which was not delivered. BP team responded quickly and advised this was an error with an apology and that the gift is on its way.

Things happen and mistakes are made , what matters is how it is handled and Ann from the BP team I was so professional and shows what good customer service is!

My first time to order items arrived Wednesday morning ,missing item along with the palette being smashed the girl I was dealing with Ann was lovely I sent her pictures my order number and today Thursday missing items and smashed items were sent and arrived perfect so thanks so much Ann

The app is amazing, updates you when the order was received and when it was sent out. My palette was damaged in transit and I emailed customer service and they had replied within 5 minutes with a new palette on the way. The customer service was excellent and Robyn was so lovely to deal with.
