Using bott and co for my motor finance claim but they’re clearly charging extortionate fees for sending out generalised mass emails to anyone that wants to use them. I wouldn’t recommend using them as they’re clearly trying to get as much money as possible from the scheme without doing much work. When I emailed to try and find out what work they had done specifically they weren’t able to give me much details.

Just to be clear. I’m stating that the scheme is disingenuous and quick money making scheme for Bott and co. I’m still not clear what services you’re charging for as you still haven’t said. You’ve stated that you charge every time you send generic update emails that have nothing to do with individual cases, and I’ve stated that I don’t understand why it costs so much to send a generic mass email. Clearly you’re using the car finance refund situation to make quick money. I domt believe that to be ethical, therefore I wouldn’t recommend Bott and co.

Disgusted is an understatement! Trying to charge me for doing mis sold car finance complaints for me for which I had no idea was happening. Kept receiving automated emails and kept telling them to stop and not do this but now they want to charge me to stop. I am waiting weeks latere still getting emails, for the evidence of the work Ready to go to legal ombudsman now. It's ridiculous.

Really good experience, good communication on the phone and points made by Shakeel were clear and direct. I was happy with the service

The process of our claim for a holiday flight delay took fifteen months to reach an outcome.
The outcome for us was that the airline disputed the claim.
I feel this has been an arduous, drawn out and over complicated process which should have been resolved sooner.
No new information could be provided but Bott & Co continued to proceed with a claim which seemed to be going round in circles.
We felt locked into the process and felt trapped by a worry of having to pay court fees or costs as the claim was continuously re-represented to court.
It is with a sense of relief that the process is over and we can walk away.
We would never pursue a flight delay claim like this ever again.
