Quick delivery after ordering. I don’t enjoy the taste but I’m getting used to it. I do find that this magnesium has a relaxing effect on me, more so than any other magnesium I have tried. I also find it cost effective compared to the magnesium capsules that I was using. I take 3 half teaspoons over the course of the day. I will continue to purchase and use this magnesium. It’s good stuff!
