I traded in My Modx M6 for a Korg Pa5x recently with Bonners. I dealt with Jackie via email and over the phone, she was fantastic! I got reasonable trade in price and my new Pa5x was shipped to the Newcastle branch within two days. The staff at Bonners Newcastle were great, so friendly and helpful. Friendly, professional and helpful
I wanted to downsize from my Yamaha C1 grand and also to have a silent option, due to a house move. David at Bonners in Reigate was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to try out the pianos in my own time (felt like a child in a sweet shop!) and am delighted with my purchase of a Kawai K500 Aures2. The delivery company were brilliant too - quick and professional. Highly recommended!

New Kawai baby grand
I purchased a new Kawai baby grand from the Reigate store. The showroom was impressive and Emma and Amanda were very helpful. The first tuning has just been carried out (at 12 weeks) and I am pleased with the result.

Excellent choice of music instruments…
Excellent choice of music instruments arranged in a way that makes them easy to explore and discover. Tom and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable they made it easy for me to make my choice of piano. The aftercare was excellent too, with any questions I had answered promptly and concisely. Would highly recommend making the trip if you're interested in purchasing an instrument they stock!

A fine business to deal with, on-line or at the store.
We recently visited the Eastbourne store and bought a Yamaha CK88 stage keyboard (our second piano from Bonners) and are delighted with it.
The excellent Bonners staff were so knowledgeable and were happy to demonstrate the performance and features of keyboards from their large in-store range. At purchase, the various payment options were made very clear to us, so we were able to buy with comfort and assurance.
After sales service has also been fine. It's a shame we don't buy pianos on a more regular basis, as this is such a good company and good people to know.

Brilliant customer service
Efficient, friendly and helpful service, cannot be faulted. An item in the package I wanted was showing out of stock, but Tom went above and beyond to juggle shipments and arranged delivery of all items within just a few days, brilliant! I'm also really pleased with the piano itself, which is exactly as I'd hoped, great sound and quality.

Found a piano for my 8 year old Granddaughter and bought it at Bonners. Friendly, efficient staff and it was in stock. Very pleased with the purchase and so is my Granddaughter - she said it was very fancy. LOL!

Great overall first experience
Fantastic guitar and service provided by Bonners. Dan Piper was a pleasure to deal, very responsive to all my queries before the purchase. He was also very accommodating with having the new guitar delivered down to the Milton Keynes branch, saving me a long trip.
Will definitely keep Bonners in mind if i need anything instrument related.
