Customer service was great. Got to the solution quickly and with customer satisfaction.

I had a great experience with this company. It started when I went into my local AT&T store to get a replacement screen, at which time they informed me that my guarantee was with BodyGuardZ. AT&T ordered the screen, and, not to fault them, the screen was delivered to the wrong street due to a USPS mess-up. Fortunately, it was just around the corner and I was able to retrieve it.

Immediate bubbles upon application, with recurring bubbling at the top around the camera island. Black border makes no sense less screen is visible and its not edge to edge. Disappointed.

As always, the customer service with BodyGuardz is outstanding. You have a concern, you email them, they reply within a day at most. Taadaa! Our questions are answered and we appreciate that there is a real person on the other end of our inquiry as opposed to AI or a bot. Highly recommended!

Totally not worth it. I paid over $40 for ONE SCREEN PROTECTOR and I still have to pay money to get it replaced. They say it’s FREE But only the shipping is. You have to BUY there products again. And again.
I broke my protector and tossed it without knowing they require you to ship the broken screen back which is kinda goofy. Save yourself some money and get your products of retail you’ll prolly spend less :)

I got a screen protector and lens protectors for S24 ultra. Both appear high quality and durable. Application process is stupidly easy, my cat could do it. Got oily fingers? Screen protector does not smudge easily, it keeps clean and clear.

I have been a repeat customer for many year. Not only is the product fantastic (the screen protectors have saved my phones more than once!). I recently had a situation with an order and with one email it was resolved completely and with no fuss at all. Fantastic product and amazing customer service. I highly recommend using BodyGaurdz for all your cell phone protection needs.

I like the red converter screen protector. That’s the only thing I like, the concept. The screen protector cracked very quick after a single drop. Also, the lifetime replacement means you pay for another one. It is not free.
Early May, the replacement was free with $10 shipping. I complained and no help or resolution was given. I would have to pay (2) separate $10 shipping fees for replacing two screen protectors. I couldn’t order together.
Now they switched it up. Shipping is free and they are charging $14.95 per replacement.
Went from $20 for replacing the two to now $30.
I get they need to make money but this is twisted!!

Blake was fantastic to work with and handled my issue immediately and provided a solution. He even went above and beyond to get my screen protector ordered for me when I couldn't on the website.

I ordered a case over 2 weeks ago, received an email that my order shipped. Never received it. Had to email the company to request a call back. Received a call the next day from customer service explaining they had a mix up in the warehouse. 2 weeks later, still no case shipped and no contact with customer service. Terrible Customer Service and business practice!

I have not broke a phone in years! I have loved body guards screen protector so when I got a new phone this year I decided to go with the case as well! Super disappointed. ☹️ I dropped my phone a short distance off the counter. Just slipped. Wasn’t a throw or anything. I have a screen protector, camera protectors, and the case! The back of my phone completely shattered clear up into the camera and all. I cannot use my back camera anymore. Very disappointed, customer service said they cannot help at all, besides replacing the products (screen protector, case, camera protectors) but those are lifetime warranty free anyways. That doesn’t not help my shattered brand new phone!! Very disappointed and will not be coming back unfortunately.

I received a Red Light Converter Glass for my iPhone.
I installed it according to the directions and used the tools provided. The install was simple! A day later I noticed the bottom corner had lifted up. I used the tool to press it down again. A couple of hours later it had lifted again. I pressed it down again. This went on for 3 days when I decided to email customer service. I had a quick reply from an agent, who told me how to request a replacement, at no cost. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to process the reorder, the agent I was working with ordered the replacement for me! I am very happy with his quick response, detailed instructions, and willingness to resolve my issue! I am sleeping better without the effects of blue light from my phone!

There was an issue with a new protector where it didn’t line up with their installation material or the protector was just a tad too big and the cases I used, including one of theirs, pressed against the protector causing bubbles.

After informing them of this problem, they fixed the issue in the protectors and sent me one free or charge.

Just purchased a new protective case and Apex screen protector for my Iphone 13 Pro Max. I was influenced in part by reviews from others and my initial purchase was a screen protector for my new ipad 13 pro. Then went on to get a screen protector for my watch. Both great products. But the iphone case and screen protector…never had a more efficient and quick install. Les than 2 minutes for both. Simply amazed at how easy it was and how much better I feel my products are protected.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my amazing experience with BodyGuardz, particularly thanks to Blake. From the moment I reached out for assistance, he was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process. I had some trouble with my order, and Blake went above and beyond by deleting my previous order and placing a new one for me since I couldn’t do it myself.

At&T quit carrying the screen protector for my phone so they helped me do a claim online. Well a little over 2 months later and they charged me $49!! And said because they wanted my screen protector returned when I got my new one 🤯 IT WAS BROKEN AND I THREW IT IN THE TRASH!! So now I paid $60 for this screen protector I guess. Will NEVER buy anything with their brand again.

The product works but the protection screens break easily which forces you to replace them often. They say free replacements, but the replacements are not free. They charge $10 shipping and handling. Shipping is USPS so it is slow and probably cost them less than $2. My guess is the price of a few replacements is factored into the original cost as well as the replacement S&H fee. Nothing is free. Here is another kicker, you can only process one replacement at a time. The screen and camera protector both broke and you have to do two separate returns with two separate S&H charges. They say it is to track the returns, but sorry, that is completely ridiculous.

I’m very impressed with BodyGuardz! Their screen protectors are top-notch, and their customer service is outstanding. They’re incredibly responsive and always get back to me quickly. Highly recommend both their products and support!
