Scam. I insisted on immediate shipment after endless delays, got obviously unworkable product (will never fit in mouth). Now the owner has the gall to complain I took to long to ask for a refund (I did take a while out of sheer frustration with the experience) after not shipping himself for over a year, and then shipping a faulty product. He also insisted at the same time that product's problems were due to having received an old version, and that I the product was always hood. Complained on reddit and the owner went so far as to create a fake account the better to insult me with. Now I'm going to be forced to take legal action in Spain. Just downright terrible in every respect.

You are obviously Carlo Capocasa from Munich/Germany: You complained about the brush-size of an old 3D-Toothbrush 1.0. We offered to tailor/manufacture the latest much smaller 3.0-version for you, for free of course: you declined.
Instead you told us we should pay you 500.- Euro. If not, you would spread bad stories about us all over the internet... Which is obviously happening here. Of course we declined.
Although the old version 1-brush was larger, and therefor less comfortable to use, we had many users using it without problems. Our hardest cases are users with 8 teeth on each quadrant, like you - because this leads to the largest brush-sizes. All these users received the smaller version 2 and 3 brushes in the meantime, and they are happily using them. We have been constantly optimizing designs and manufacturing methods for years, to decrease brush-sizes and increase cleaning efficiency. Now you understand this as "proof that version 1 had not been good enough". Following this kind of reasoning, Porsche should have never been allowed to sell its first models of the 911...and the later models are proof the first versions had not been good enough...
We do not have a "fake account on reddit". We are lucky enough to have super-satisfied long-term users who happen to have a reddit account and they defended us against you there, without us even knowing about it.

I am using Blizzdent toothbrushes since 2017. Because it is tailored to my teeth, it cleans everything by biting a little bit. As a disabled person this is the first time since ages I can clean my teeth all by myself again. Additionally this brush cleans extremely much better than any other manual/electric brush. I can not even express how thankful I am for the blizzident-brush.

Disaster. I paid and waited for over a year with no answers from them. Chris does answer a few emails but just keeps giving longer and longer deadlines. I'm got fed up.
I did finally get it in 14 months, tried it once and went straight to the trash. This is a total disaster and makes absolutely no sense.

But you didn't keep your promise. We have delivered your tailored 3D-Brush over a year ago, in Summer 2018. And we delivered your tailored 3D-Flosser in June 2019. The flosser took longer than expected, because we reacted to early customers feedbacks and further optimized the product. But in the end we delivered an extremely useful and fantastic product.
