I ordered a sponge on the manufacturer's website in early 2022, I was very dissatisfied and wrote to the developer of the product and sent pictures for months. But they didn't change the sponge to positive, very cheap material (From china) production cost for about under $1. But they sell the sponge for 12-16$ per sponge which is absolutely extortionate. The brushes in the sponge don't last more than 1 week, the sponge material comes off and gets in the mouth. I invested in the company's Kickstarter campaign in late 2022, but was only disappointed. They promised with their campaign that they would set up a production hall to speed up the production and delivery times of the sponges (they waited months), but they only delivered half of the sponges ordered and then nothing for months. In addition, there are no laboratory tests on the intolerance of the sponges, it is a SCAM!!

They say delivery has been impacted due to Covid 19 supply chain issues. Perhaps this is true. But, they should at least inform customers of delivery estimates. I ordered product and received no response from vendor. No estimates, no nothing. I will ask for refund via PayPal

The toothbrush-sponge is simply brilliant. Have been using for a couple months, and will never use anything else again. I have extremely clean teeth after biting in it for a couple seconds. Took me a week to get fully used to it.

I have also used it with Colgate tooth whitener toothpaste now and achieved brilliant results with it. Because The sponge fibers distribute the whitener paste perfectly evenly over all tooth surfaces. Much better than it could ever be done with hand-toothbrushes.

Buyer beware. Do not trust them. This company just take your money and does not deliver anything to you. I placed order in november 2019 and still did not get anything from this company till 30th April 2021. I ordered blizzident 3D teethbrush but only thing I got was diswasher sponge of terrible quality. Now I am going to inform the police about their activities.

I am using the "sponge" since 6 months. In the meantime I received the 3rd one (each lasts about 2 months), which is basically just a strip with toothbrush bristles inside, and you bend it before inserting into the mouth, which is easy to do. The cleaning is easy, soft, and flawless. Wonderful feeling. After cleaning i have a similar feeling like after a visit to the dental hygienist.

The toothcleaning sponge with toothbrush bristles inside is simply brilliant. Much fun to use and the cleaning efficiency is simply multiple levels over any other tool. After about 10 seconds biting and grinding in it, everywhere its super perfectly clean. It reaches all those spaces that other toothbrushes simply can't, or which you normally do not reach with your hand moving a brush. They send me a new sponge every 2 months and I am on my 3rd now. Have been using it for half a year now and the checkup by my dental hygiene assistant was perfect now.

CHRIS MARTÍN IS A THIEF. Blizzident is a dishonest business. They charged me $360 for sponges that are absolute trash. PayPal ruled the dispute in my favor because this company is clearly a scam, that doesn’t even have a return policy and turns off all the comments on their YouTube channel. They never sent me all of my sponges and never provided me with a return address for me to return the sponges for a refund. Because I wasn’t able to ship the return, and unable to provide PayPal the tracking number, Blizzident never refunded me. They also don’t have a traditional check out process. They ask you to PayPal money to a PayPal account that is not even in their name bus some Monica lady.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Absolutely delighted with the new sponge+ with toothbrush bristles. Cleaning performance like from a different planet. Extremely much better cleaning than with any other toothbrush i have ever used. And in just seconds. I think this is a total gamechanger for oral hygiene.

I received the Sponge 1st version in July 2020. Received the new Sponge+ with tootbbrush bristle strips in September. The cleaning performance is stunning. I will never use anything else anymore.

Buyer beware: they may just steal your money and ghost you.
I ordered, and paid for, a set of 6 dental sponges in June 2020. At that time, their website stated shipping would take approximately 2 weeks. After a lot of emailing with Chris, I eventually received just 1 sponge in late August. I was told the new policy is that orders may be disbursed over the course of an entire year. It is now mid November 2020, and after an exhausting amount of emails to Chris, many unanswered, I still have only received the 1 sponge out of my PAID order of 6. I have been emailing with Chris weekly for months, and each time he just strings me along with lies about an order being prepared, or he just flat out ignores me. I finally requested a refund a week ago. No response. Two follow up emails since then. No response.
RESPONSE TO REPLY:
Dear Chris Martin, your reply is nothing more than a story, nearly 100% untrue, and an effort to maintain the illusion of integrity. Oddly enough, I received an email with a tracking number just 2 days after I posted my initial review here, but of course still no reply from you regarding my numerous requests for a refund. By your untrue logic, I should receive the remaining 5 sponges I’m owed over the next 6 months. Doubt it. I’ll be happy to update or delete this review if you can manage to honor my request for a refund. It’s disappointing that this is what it took to get a reply from you. Please reply to my numerous unanswered emails.

Chris- first off, you edited out a lot of what I wrote in those select emails of mine that you’ve posted below. Second, I haven’t received a 2nd sponge. Third, when I made my purchase, your website said “2 weeks shipping”, and said nothing about shipping 1 at a time. I’ve received 1 sponge over 5 months. By any measure, you have not fulfilled your end of the transaction as was agreed upon and expressly stated at the time of purchase. Regardless of all this, if you can deliver on what you promise below, that is, getting me the rest of my order as you’ve outlined, I’ll be happy to change this review. Thank you.
REVIEW OF PRODUCT ITSELF: (based on sponge received in August.)
Great idea, pretty good execution. I followed all the tips on the website and “how to” videos, but the sponge does not effectively reach all parts of my mouth, namely, the gum line on parts of the molars, and the backside of the front teeth. I will continue to use the sponge if and when I receive the rest of my order, but it is not a complete replacement for conventional toothbrushing. (If you’re doing it right). Shows a lot of promise.

I've been waiting for weeks now for my product to arrive but still nothing. I tried reaching your customer service but no one answers. I should have read the reviews first before purchasing your product. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life.

Oddly enough - I come here to right about my experience and see that two other people are experiencing the same exact issue as I am. They don't have a clue what's going. Fighting for a refund from my bank now.

My name is Parker from USA. I ordered this brush over 2 months ago and received nothing. Also no response to countless emails. I have received an unrelated item from Sweden after only 2 weeks of waiting so the international shipping excuse is out of the question. I would love to have a great review, and great brushing experience. All i have is a lack of $300

I had ordered a Blizzident toothbrush in January 2019, based on an impression of my teeth taken by my dentist, and received the brush 12 weeks later, which was exactly the delivery time they had promised. It took a couple of days to get used to it, but now I couldn't imagine living without it anymore. The cleaning effect is extreme, and in just a couple of seconds, and its fun to use. You always have a feeling like after a dentists cleaning. I just came back from a checkup by my dentist, and everything was 100% perfect.

The blizzident mouthpiece brush is truly brilliant. I have used it for one and half years now, and it cleans perfectly indeed. In contrary to all other moutpiece brushes this is tailored based on an impression of my teeth. Therefore it works perfectly.
Only 4 stars because the delivery time was so long (8 months!!!).

The 3dbrush changed my husbands and my tooth hygiene completely. Since we are using it (about 2 years now), cleaning teeth is fun, and teeth and gums feel like after a dentist cleaning. And no complaints from the dentist anymore either. Can't wait until they offer it for kids too.

I have been using the tailored 3Dtoothbrushes for 3 years now. Before, my dentist always complained about my oral hygiene, very embarrassing. Now, since using the blizzidents, he always says "perfect oral hygiene!". How nice :-) This brush changes everything, it cleans everything everywhere, easily. It's such a nice feeling after just biting in it for some seconds. I have had periodontitis for many years, and that is completely gone now according to my dentist! I am very thankful for this brush and flosser.
