So far, I've had a good experience with Blair. Perhaps because I stick with classic items that have worked very well over the years.
I especially love their all-cotton cords.

Don't order from this place they are scammers! They tried to jerk me around for 5 months saying it was lost In mail over and over ! It's sad cause they won't refund your money or not all of it! Want to sue someone

The worst customer service ever. Spent many hours on phone to correct delivery problem. Called five times with four hang ups. Each time I had to start the process over...waiting and waiting. Two reps I did not understand anything they were saying. Poor service.

If I could, I would give a -1 star!!! If you need an item for an occasion, don't count on getting it in time. The tracking is completely off. I ordered an item and never received it. I had to call, they said they would resend it... the tracking kept getting pushed back, now it hasn't been updated for days. BUYER BEWARE😤😤😤!

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!!! Not only did they not send my item. They agreed to refund all of my money only to start the negotiations of refunding my money again. It's been 4 months. I never received my item or my money. Reporting them to the federal trade commission and the BBB.

ordered 4 things 3 completely wrong, one missing. Customer service horrible. expect me to pack up and return to post office. They should be sending me return label and having it picked up. And the merchandise ordered was for man going into hospice who needed warm garments. They tell me I have to stop everything and post return before they will even send correct merchandise. And thus be double billed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH

I ordered a lawn mower from blairst.com and should have known the price was too good. After 8 weeks I received a little girls spaghetti strap half top and the tracking says the order was delivered and the blairst.com complaint email response says order was delivered. Stay away from Blairst.com, scammers!

Order took two months to arrive. One of the shirts ordered was missing. The other was poorly sewn together and cheaply made.i contacted the customer service was very helpful with my query regarding my order, she issued my refund straight away and was polite

Sent a piece of clothing that had holes in it and then wanted to charge me to send it back. I had bought the same article but in a different color. When I took that one out I noticed that the one with the hole in it had already been washed. Plus they said things were in stock and then got email saying it was on back order

After an initial order that I paid for in full, I discovered that they began fraudulently charging my debit card each month for &14.97. No order they just started charging me!!

I have ordered twice from Blair. Most of their clothing seems to be of good quality, but one cannot be dependent on size chart. I downsized and still was too big, when accordingly to previous order should have been ok. The quality of a pair of Bend Over slacks was horrific. Nothing like the original. And, after all this they Charge a $9.98+ return fee. I did keep one top which I do like, but really neglible as to what I ordered.

Ordered a riding lawn mower lift. Received email after email showing shipping and tracking. Finally received an oven mitt one month later. Total scam company. Don't waste your time.

Very behind-the-times company like mail order from the 1970s. They don't realize that this is the internet age and most companies ship things in 24-48 hours and provide good service - perhaps they get away with this because their clientele are older people who have lower expectations (and lots of spare time). My elderly mother in law likes these clothes and so sometimes I order her things even though I detest dealing with the difficulties we have each time. The returns are expensive (many companies have free or cheap returns, in order to encourage you to order everything you like, sometimes in multiple sizes), the clothes take a long time to ship, when they owe you a refund (as after returns, or when they just miscalculate things, which they seem to do surprisingly frequently), they always send a check even when you paid by credit card. I think the aim here is that their elderly clientele can't get to the bank, and so they get to keep the money as the check is never cashed. I'm transitioning my mother in law to places that are more customer-focused.

What a rip off on there free shipping. We spend more than the amount for free shipping, After placing the order they said one item is on back order. So they charged shipping because of the back order lowered the amount, and have to pay shipping again for what was back ordered. Free shipping no double shipping charge YES

Ordered clothes nearly a month ago and received confirmation that I would receive the order in 6 to 10 days. Nothing received.

Now they’re “moving their warehouse,” and I was told I can’t cancel because it’s “in shipping.”

I haven’t received notification of shipping or tracking info.

FOLLOW UP: Finally got a shipping notification email, and got the package after a month. I’ll skip this retailer in the future. They might want to invest in better logistics and a new traffic manager.

Customer service is a joke.
I placed with rep she assures me products are in stock.
2nd rep says they are shipping as we speak. 3 rep rep says they are processing and will take 3 to 4 more weeks. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

when I try to return an item they charge your account with 10.00 and you never get the full amount of your return. So I will never buy from here again and they take forever to return you the refund on your card so no one should buy from here

Paid for next day shipping, item shipped 2 weeks later. Sad excuse at a money grab.
