Professional yet had a very personal feeling, quick responses to queries, questions were always answered fully and beyond, I was never rushed despite them being busy. I felt fully supported and informed at all times in the 2 month process.

Selling my Nans house as power of attorney and explained this from the begging. Got sent the wrong forms to fill out. Tried calling left 5 messages with the details requested no one gets back to you. Manager was supposed to call, never heard anything and they couldn’t find any notes on this. Would avoid at all costs. 2 weeks into the selling process and jo further ahead and was still with new business team so didn’t have a point of contact
