They tell you what your bike needs and they do it, sorted my Genesis Tour de fer and serviced my Orbea ebike, they said bikes would be better than when I bought them, and they were right, thanks, Sam.

After an accident. I rushed to the shop on a Sunday afternoon. One of the female staff (I think her name was Amelia) tried to help me initially, who was lovely but had to ask Ryan who couldn’t have been more helpful.He is an absolute credit to your store. I was off on a holiday to centre parcs the next day and the shop managed to check both bikes by 10:30 the next day so I could take them with me on holiday. Luckily both bikes didn’t need too much work and did not require any additional parts. I think it was Douglas who helped me to my car when I picked the bikes up and assisted me in putting them into my boot. Thank you again. I can’t recommend this shop enough!

Can I say anything good about Pinarello’s new Grevil F? Actually … quite a lot … Words such as Awesome! Wow! Fantastic! Great! Superb! Quite simply: what a machine! This is a gravel bike that thinks it’s a racing bike. It’s very fast and very responsive on the road and off road. Some reviewers were sniffy about the Fulcrum wheelset. Don’t listen - it has been just great! The Campag Ekar groupset is simply awesome. The Grevil frame is ultra stiff and you can feel the power being transferred. This is a dream machine and I’ve been using it more often than my racing bike (a Time Alpe d’Huez 21) - which is really saying something. Superb customer support from the Bilsland Team - Dougie and Neil. I’ve already said to Neil that I think my next racing frame will be a Dogma! Brilliant Bilsland’s! Thanks!

Had been trying to source a particular Cannondale for well over a year, the other retailers I was in contact with still giving wait periods of at least four months. A friend pointed me at Billy Bilsland, who got on it right away and came up with the bike in a couple of weeks! Regular communication and excellent service in store. First class.

I was after a Whyte E-160 and saw they had one in stock. I spoke to Neil who's customer service was really good so placed the order. They Invisiframed it and chucked in some peddles so can't thank them enough. Doug kindly delivered it to the south of England FOC too... would highly recommend!

In the height of mid / post pandemic bicycle kit shortages, Billy Bilsland were like a ray of sunshine. Several rays in fact. A very special gift for my equally special other half had to be right. BB had one of only two of the desired models in the whole of Europe and they bent over backwards to change the groupset, wheels and quite a few other bits from the stock edition to "our" edition. So many phonecalls from me - and so much help from them. They made all the changes super quickly and took care of delivery - also fast. The bike is just perfect. Thank you!

I recently had a bike fit session with Ellie to help improve my posture and comfort on my existing Specialized Allez Sport.
Ellie was very knowledgeable and made a few tweaks to my riding position and has really helped eliminate sources of discomfort in my lower back and hands when riding.

I was looking for a very specific Frog junior bike for my grandson's Christmas but was struggling to find one on the usual major cycle websites. My son who lives near the store in Glasgow's east end recommend I try Biily Bilsland Cycles. Amazingly the bike was in stock and at a very competitive price. The website was well composed and user friendly and I was kept up to date about my order. Four days after ordering, the bike was delivered to me for a very reasonable £10 fee. Overall the experience was first class and I now will check this website first when looking for bikes or accessories.
