The team at Billy Bilsland were fantastic, every one of them was helpful. I'd not had a bike for 30+ years so wasn't sure where to start. They guided me through the whole process over multiple visits, answered loads of questions, fit the bike and got me out on test rides. Really felt like they went above and beyond.

Very prompt delivery. Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes because they were too small. My email about returning them was replied to quickly and a refund given. However, the delivery charge wasn't refunded so I was out of pocket by over £8 after paying to return them.

As always there is cracking service at Billy Bilsland Cycles.
I ordered some items as Christmas presents on the website, they were ready to pick up at my convenience the next day.
