I ordered the beautiful bike on the Monday afternoon knowing it would probably arrive on the Weds or Thurs. It was a really happy shock to find it being delivered on the Tuesday morning. Not only was it super speedy delivery but also really easy to put together and everything I wanted and more.
I would definitely recommend to anyone else wanting fantastic delivery and customer service as well as Grade A products.

When I placed my order there was a problem with my debit card because I mixed up the billing address and delivery address (I wanted the bike delivered somewhere else). I called bikedirects's hotline and the lady was very helpful with the issue.

Once I placed my order the bike was delivered next day even though it was just standard delivery. Bike was delivered in excellent condition with no missing parts. Also got free panier bags thrown in and the bike was £20 cheaper than Halfords on the same model.

Therefore I am delighted with Bikesdirect365 and thoroughly recommend them.

Speed of sevice was amazing. I ordered my bike on Monday night and it arrived Wednesday lunch time. It was the best price I could find for the latest model. Excellent all round service. Would use again.

Bike well packaged and not to difficult to build, not ridden bike yet but all seems ok.

The products are accurately described and a high standard. One of my items was missing from the delivery, I called the helpline and got through straight away, the missing item was packed and arranged for immediate delivery which happened to fall on a Saturday.
