I'm a young man, ambitious, fit, looking to get into road cycling - however, the one thing I'm not - RICH.

After hours of looking for a decent road bike, race-capable, 18 gears at a price that wouldn't result in eating porridge all day at university - I stumbled across the Indigo Vuelta AR2 sold by this company. Not only was the original price great for the bike, but the DISCOUNT price was fantasic, at £389, I was getting more than my moneys worth, carbon fork, full shimano components, 18 gears, I am over the moon!

Delivery was quick and painless, and the mechanic should be here soon! (also an easy process to sort out, no problems).

I received excellent customer service from the people at BikesDirect365 - I purchased my bike with next day delivery, but on a bank holiday weekend - immediately after this I got an email asking whether I would like to change my delivery options as the bike wouldn't have arrived next day since this was a bank holiday which was good. The product then arrived promptly on time and packaged well. The bike was easy to assemble however after pumping up the tires, one inner tube immediately got a puncture even though I didn't even pump them upto the recommended PSI. This was a little disappointing but luckily I had a repair kit - other than that the bike has been great I just wish that they had used higher quality inner tubes.

Ordered this bike on line after quite a bit of research. I ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday morning. Very efficient and easy.
I bought the bike for leisure only. I'm 60, and plan to use it a few time a month to cycle along the many paths where I live, such as the coastal paths, etc, etc.
Because of this, I didn't want to spend too much money, and this bike for under £250 fitted the bill nicely.
The partly assembled bike took 30 minutes to assemble the main items, such as front wheel, seat and pedals.I had a small problem with the gears, which was probably something I caused. Anyway, I quickly resolved this and was ready to go in a short while.
I would recommend this bike and this supplier completely.

Went onto the internet to serch for a bike for a 12 year old boy, After viewing many sites the bike chosen was from bikes direct. Not knowing to much about the company i decided to ring and discuss my order with your customer service team. I found them first class and very helpful. The bike was ordered on a standard delivery and arrived the next day !! The bike is great and being enjoyed by its new owner. I cant fought the service at all, I am totally gutted as i love to complain !!!

Ordered bike online and paid extra for home build service which, according to the website, meant that "Once the bike has been ordered a mechanic will call you directly to arrange assembly of your bike." Nobody contact me even after the bike was delivered so I had to chase them up. To be fair they did respond quickly and I was contacted on the day I chased them. The bike mechanic who came to build the bike was excellent but identified a faulty component after building and test riding which meant that it was not road worthy. I called Bikes Direct who said that their courier would only collect the bike if it was re-boxed and that would not give me a refund until it had been collected. So after requesting a home build so I didn't have to do anything to the bike, I've now got to dismantle it to return it to Bikes 365 in order to get my money back. Waste of time and waste of money! Will pay a bit more and go to a bike shop next time!

I'd been looking for a bike for my 4 year old daughter, and couldn't find anything in Halfords or elsewhere that sells nice looking girls bikes. The ones we'd seen we're covered in logos and looked very tacky. The selection on bikes direct was the best I'd seen and at a very competitive price. The bike came in a matter of days and looked even better in the real life with lots of nice detailing, really sturdy and good quality. My daughter is thrilled with it! I also bought a helmet which was half price too :)

My son loved the bike - really cool looking. Delivered super quick too! Sam was very friendly and helpful. Would deff buy from them again!

After spending hours searching for second hand bikes I found that Bikesdirect365 could offer me a new bike (with all the certainty of warranties for the same price.

The bike was delivered next day (without me paying any premium) but was a ladies and not a mans. Bikesdirect365 were brilliant, real people answered the phone and arranged a swap. It is great to deal with people who care and are prepared to go the extra mile.

The service was excellent, I was emailed several times to keep me updated about my order and it was delivered in a couple of days. I had a problem attatching the front wheel and called for advice and they were really helpful and explained what I had done wrong.
I thought the instruction mannual was a bit long winded but the bicycle I had chosen was quite straight forward to put together.
The only problem I had was with one of the tools supplied but luckily I had a similar one at home to use which did the job fine as the handlebars were tightened ridiculously tight to adjust.
Overall I would totally reccomend them and well priced bikes too!! Thank you for your good service!

I bought a Kingston Hampton bike for my wife, I was really impressed by the ordering process on the website (bike very accurately described, sizing guides were good so we could buy without trying, removing a potential risk of online shopping). The order confirmation/delivery communications were first class, and the bike arrived early on a Saturday as promised. We liked the option of a Saturday delivery as we both work Mon-Fri, and didn't mind the small additional cost for this.

Assembly of the bike was fairly easy, but I am a pretty competent home mechanic who has serviced my own cycles and motorbikes for many years. One screw was missing for holding the basket on, but I had a spare lying around so it wasn't really a problem, but could have been if I didn't have that.

Similarly I think a complete novice might struggle to assemble it if they know nothing about bikes, as the insructions included are generic rather than specific to this model, it does not show how to mount the basket, for example. Those are the only small reasons for not giving a 5-star review though, overall we're really pleased with it.

Was looking for a new hybrid type bike for my daughter. Found that the best value for spec was found at bikesdirect365. Bike I bought is a Mizani Zone HT Hybrid Ladies bike.
Whilst I had never heard of the brand I took the plunge since many of the components were the same as the more expensive brands and it had an aluminium frame. The bike was ordered on a Sunday and was delivered on Tuesday, This was the standard delivery so I was quite pleased.
Very pleased with the bike. It seems that Mizani is bikesdirect365's own brand but the finish is excellent and I am impressed with it overall given its £175 price. The instructions were exceptionally poor but it was quite easy to assemble. There are some small areas where it is apparent that the more expensive competition is superior (the saddle is less padded and the handlebars are painted rather than aluminium), but price considered I would certainly recommend.
I would not hesitate to use bikesdirect365 again.
