Good price by BHL. Ordered fulfilled on time by local Wolsley supplier.

Very disappointed it took over a week for the part to be delivered and UPS were very unprofessional (would I use this service again?).give me ti.e to calm down

The most competitive price for radiator TRVs, which was the bulk of my order. Had to wait a few days for dispatch, but we were told about this. Shipped by major carrier quickly and efficiently. Slight issue with order on receipt was promptly rectified by BHL, so overall very happy with deal from genuine company with helpful support.

1st time I’ve used these guys and can say from ordering to delivery it was 1st class. Great communication all the way through. Would 100% recommend.

Rubbish service, states speedy delivery but took 16 days. It was the Christmas period but even so should have arrived quicker.
I had to use chat bot to get a delivery conformation and delivery date which was the 4th of January (their online service is very poor).
It turns out that BHL were just a third party seller on this item, it actually came from Wolseley's which is 5 miles from where I live!
Would not use again unless I was desperate.

The people I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to quickly identify all the parts needed to complete a major service on my Stovax room heater and provided all the help and guidance.

All good thank you. Good price and hassle free delivery. The only thing was I didn’t receive an order confirmation but apparently that was because I ordered on line on a Sunday.

Excellent post sales customer service. Really helpful with our query regarding a product we'd bought and more than happy to honour a return if we couldn't get our issue resolved. Our heating engineer was booked to do a new system. One part he couldn't get so I phoned around. BHL said they had lots in stock so I ordered. The money was taken and the order was "processed". It never turned up. They never claimed to have despatched it. Luckily I found the part elsewhere and the system was installed. I emailed BHL and they did refund my payment.

Had the product I wanted at a competitive price. I felt that communication could have been a bit better, order showed as shipped on the website but no delivery details until I chased. In terms of delivery the driver was fantastic and very helpful. I would definitely consider BHL for future purchases.
