The order took 1 month for placing the order to it being received and one of the frames was damaged. Didn't bother returning this as it seems too much trouble.

Very happy with order

Great choice of sizes, with and without mounts. Ordered 3 different size frames. They arrived efficiently packed and in perfect condition. Very happy with order and will definitely use again.

All round good

All round good. The ‘glass’ on the larger frames isn’t really glass but clear plastic and very bendable, but did the job for what I wanted. Pricey but did the job and all fitted well.

Parcel still has not arrived

Parcel still has not arrived. It was due a week ago. According to Tracking it has been sitting in Germany for days. What else would you like me to say? I reached out via chat for an answer as to where it is...still waiting.

Don’t buy if you’re in a rush.

Bought this product cause it said 2 to 6 working days if the fast delivery was paid for. Still waiting for the product to arrive and it seems to have been sent all around Europe not getting any closer to actually arriving at its destination. Customer support seem to blame Holyhead even though it hasn’t made it that far.

Non replying customer service

I realised 30 seconds after I placed my order that I put the wrong eircode on it and I emailed them straight away. They did not respond and still haven't 2weeks later. They sent the order and it arrived in ireland and it's gone back to Sweden now with no attempt to deliver. Shocking service. I thought I was ordering from an Irish business. I'll probably have to do a charge back to get my refund.

Unfortunately it isn't always possible to change the delivery address once the order has been made. Generally this is not a problem however because the courier then gives recipients the opportunity to update the delivery address via email.

Happy with my order, delivery slow

Actually very happy with the frame I ordered. Delivery was very slow- I ordered on the 15th of December & received it in the 8th of January. I wouldn't mind if I was notified of a delay but it said to expect the item in 6 working days & when I emailed BGA I got no response. I think they must have been dealing with a backlog if delivery problems judging by recent reviews. Having no contact or reply made me wonder if I had been conned but thankfully not. I would actually order again considering because they had a very good selection & sizes of frames.

Overall - a positive experience!

I was a bit nervous ordering from this website but I received my frame and it’s absolutely perfect! I couldn’t get my preferred size anywhere else - BGA store have a wide range of sizes and colours so very convenient. The warehouse is located in Sweden so it does take a bit of time to get to Ireland (10 days for me). But I was able to track my parcel so I knew it was on the way. It was packaged very well to keep the product intact. Overall - a positive experience!
