Nightmare Customer Service & Endless Hoops
​Endless Bureaucracy: Getting Bestway to honor their warranty is a battle. They make you jump through ridiculous hoops—submitting endless forms, serial numbers, photos, and videos—seemingly to make the process as painful as possible so you give up.
​Slow, Automated Responses: Communicating with support feels like talking to a brick wall. Responses are robotic, slow, and show zero urgency or care for the customer once they have your money.

Failed Deliveries & Wrong Parts Sent
​Multiple Failed Deliveries: After waiting ages just to get a warranty claim approved, we were hit with multiple failed delivery attempts.
​Sent the Wrong Item: When a package finally arrived, they delivered the completely wrong replacement part.

​Made to Wait All Over Again: Rather than fixing their mistake quickly, we were pushed back to square one and forced to wait all over again, leaving an empty, unusable tub taking up space in the garden for weeks.

We eventually requested a refund which initially declined but they violated all consumer rights so had to, that also didn't come without its admin tasks of photos and logistics etc.

I reported them to Trading Standards and its clear why they aren't registered with the ombudsman.

​A company is only as good as its customer support, and Bestway fails spectacularly on every front. From faulty build quality to incompetent delivery logistics, this has been a terrible experience.

I m trying to return a product and is very difficult.

Was sent faulty product- I’ve emailed possibly 8 times and no ones has got back to me. I’ve managed to find a way to return the faulty product(LED waterfall) and sent tracked post-have confirmation that bestway have received it and no refund has been made! I’ve emailed again with copious amounts of photos to prove tracking and receipt and still no answer from the company. Very very very poor service. I do not recommend this company.

I bought the TriTech King Size Airbed with Built-in Pump one and a half years ago - a top of their range product. I used it 4 times - kids sleep on it when they come visit. The 4th time it started cracking at the seams - took pictures sent them to the store and they are truly sorry, I am out of warranty. I will never buy from them again. I found a great alternative, slightly more expensive, great quality and service. I am really disappointed with the quality of Bestway products and their handling of this.

The product is brilliant, we have had a great time. Pump isn’t strong enough to keep the water clean so decided to empty but there was no adapter to screw in to empty, not listed as being in the box. Tried to order off website couldn’t find it, ordered off Amazon the item was too small. Spent 30 minutes trying to get support from the customer services and there advise was look on eBay. Why is this not in the box when these are sold. Absolute joke.

Absolutely fantastic - gotta be up there with one of the best things I’ve ever purchased! My kids absolutely love it, and the price made it even better, I’d been wanting one for a while , and seen a lady I follow post a link and the rest is history, we’ve had so much fun in the short time we’ve had it already

The perfect cover for our pool, it lays flat, heats the pool and doesn’t get blown about by the wind.

Bought a Lay Z Spa Hawaii hot tub in June 2025. Used for couple of months then stowed away until May 2026.
On setting up the hot tub after the first day there was a loud pop come from the tub and the power went off to my downstairs sockets. On checking the socket where the hot tub plug was inserted, the pins on the plug were red hot to the touch. The wall socket was smoking and the plug socket was scorched and cracked.
My electrician checked my house electrics which were all in order. He told me never to use the hot tub again. I
informed Bestway of this immediately. I Started a warranty claim. The hot tub was still less than 1 year old and within warranty.
They weren't in the least bit bothered.
After 8 weeks of forwarding them every bit of information they requested.......Every time they negated everything i had done, taking no responsibility whatsoever for the situation. I told them that they could come to my house to do checks if they wanted. They declined. They closed the case.
I am absolutely appalled by this company. The after sales treatment is non existent. They "apologised" 12 times for "any inconvenience" this may have had on me.
The inconvenience of having a dangerous electrical item that could have set fire to my house is very inconvenient. Let alone the fact that i am left with a hot tub that is unusable.
They offered no support, no replacement or any sort. I am left with a hot tub that is only good for land fill.
I read that there is a petition for Bestway to recall their electrical pool heaters due to Fire Risks......I would never use this company again. They get your money and in my opinion they couldn't care less about the customer.
I would give them ZERO stars if i could...

I received a reply from Bestway the day after posting this.
Yet another apology. (13th in total)
They told me they would be in touch shortly to resolve this situation….
As expected I have not heard anything since then. This behaviour and lack of caring for customers just reaffirms my thoughts and feelings towards this company. Simply awful..

You take a lifetime to answer phone calls when I asked for info on how to change filter no proper answer and when I asked for a new rubber sealing gasket was advised to go to Amazon ????

Easy to order and prompt delivery. Not sure that some components of the pool are as good a quality as I would have hoped for the price and the instructions are pretty poor but overall very happy with it and the kids love it.

Ordered a pool pump on the 26th June with a 2 day delivery. No delivery after two weeks, customer service took an hour to speak to - unable to locate or delivery so authorised a refund. Two weeks after that (so now a month form order) I have still not received a refund despite speaking to 4 different advisors on the phone who all said they would sort a refund as a matter of urgency. Will never use this company again - worse than awful. Will now have to raise this with the credit card company to force a refund.

Good products but paid for fast delivery and still took 4 working days.
