Super easy an quick no hassle at all

I took out a loan with Best Egg about two years ago and recently tried to refinance. I was approved, but just three hours later the same day, I called to cancel it. I was told I had to wait until the funds were deposited into my bank account before I could cancel.

After waiting two days for the money to arrive, I called back—only to be told that because it was a refinance, I could no longer cancel. As a result, I ended up paying around $700 in fees for something I tried to stop almost immediately.

This experience was extremely frustrating and felt very misleading. Important details were not clearly explained, and I ended up paying the price for it.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and making sure you fully understand all terms before moving forward with any loan or refinance.

It was a quick and easy process. The customer service people are very friendly and I liked the experience, I recommend it.

I consolidated and paid off all my credit cards except for one that l reduced to about 19% of its' credit amount. Additionally, l paid the balance of my first Best Egg loan and some miscellaneous medical bills. I do have a buffer left for emergencies. The qualification process was quick and extremely easy. Once, l provided the required documentation, the money was deposited directly into my bank in less than 36 hours. My only disappointment was the rate was not much less than most of my credit cards, however being able to make one monthly payment as opposed to ten is much more convenient and l have used the autopay option which is so convenient. Also, anytime l have called to speak with a representative regarding my prior loan, all were very helpful and provided service without any inconvenience. I really appreciate Best Egg and will recommend them to others.

Wife cheated. Had to move out. BestEgg helped me with the money I needed to get into an apartment of my own. Never get married folks.

On 4/4/2026 I learned best egg credit card, charge me a new interest rate of 33.9% without informing of this. I never heard of interest charge protected, no letter ever send to me in reference to this charge. I advise not to apply for this credit card with this company because they charges all kind of fees without you knowing. So I closing this credit card with Best egg immediately.

Although the process was easy, you pay for it in interest…..never ending interest charges is taking advantage of the consumer! I feel taken advantage of!!!! Never again!!!!
