I overpaid Best Egg by $23,229.00 by mistake and then they told me that it would be basically 14 days to get my money back. This is ridiculous, it isn't like I overpaid by a monthly payment it is $23,229.00. You would certainly think that they would see that and refund it ASAP vs holding my money for 14 days!!
