Substandard product
March Update- after 2 months of Best4flooring contacting me to investigate this further (great news, I thought!), they now only chase when I email them, and have only prolonged the constant reminders that they have sold me a faulty product. The damage is visible, and the customer care is poor.
Original January review: I was happy with the delivery, and followed the clear instructions about preparing my room for installation. The sheet vinyl looked fantastic in my kitchen and I had deliberately chosen a hardwearing product with a 7 year domestic guarantee. However within 4 weeks there were cracks/holes in the vinyl. I contacted customer services and they told me I had dropped something heavy (NO- in 5 places? Unlikely, isn't it?), ripped it during installation (NO- I would have taken that up with the fitter) or had laid it on a damaged surface (NO- new screed). Very disappointed by the lack of customer care by Best4flooring. Any product classified as hardwearing and long lasting should last longer than 4 weeks, even if I had danced in high heels on it! Which I had not.

company system not working, staff rude and unhelpful
while waiting at home for a scheduled delivery, I tried to check the online tracking number - it didn't work - i tried but couldn't speak to anyone - the only number that replied was sales - the sales person was incredibly rude - i tried repeatedly to explain why i needed to be able to know where the delivery was and that the tracking number wasn't working. she wouldn't listen and just told me to track it myself. when she finally listened enough to learn thetracking wasn't working she abruptly told me to email - i explained that i needed to know what time it'd be arriving as i'd waited for it all day and needed to go out for an urgent issue and schedule when to do that - in the end she said she would pass it to a colleague who'd email me - but again gave no advise as to when that might be. it was an unpleasant and unhelpful experience caused by the tracking system not working and the person being rude and unhelpful.

Really great customer care…I had an issue with Klarna going through & the team were on it & so helpful. I ended up just purchasing it outright but didn’t mind as I needed it delivered quickly. Arrived on time & I’m so happy with the quality! It looks so good & much more expensive than it is! Very happy & highly recommend!

You jump through hoops if order is incorrect
When an order is wrong through no fault of your own you have to jump through hoops to get it corrected. Email after email call after call.
My first order was ok but the second has definitely put me off from ordering online. I won't be recommending them.

In some cases, depending on the nature of the complaint, we may need further information or additional images to ensure we can offer the right resolution.
Having reviewed your complaint, I can see that regular correspondence took place, mainly because the initial photos provided didn’t include the specific images requested when the complaint was first logged. This meant we had to follow up for the correct details so we could complete the investigation. I’m pleased to confirm that your complaint has now been fully resolved.
Please be assured that this process is standard practice across most companies, as evidence is essential for us to investigate properly and put things right. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback, and we will continue working to make the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible for our customers.

Vinyl sheet flooring samples
Website was easy to navigate and I was able to order samples of vinyl sheet flooring which arrived promptly and are a good size so it's easy to see how the design would look in my rooms. Pricing seemed very reasonable and there is a good selection of roll ends and remnants also. Will definitely consider as one of my choices for flooring
