Tom the sales person was professional, polite and along with Richard the Business Manager, put a package together that was very good indeed. Along with this, whilst sat at a desk I noticed every member of staff who passed by had a smile and was courteous. A good company with strong family values.

Take my car Berry Croydon for MOT when I pick up my car warning sign come on when back inside they told me that while they where doing the MOT, that because they was revving the engine hot and when i start driving the sign will no longer appear but about two weeks later it come back, go back again they can't repaired the fault but try to charge me for what they have done.

PLEASE ASK QUESTION BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL.

Awful experience.
Paid £62K for a 6 month old AUC X4 M40i. Was told I had to wait for collection so they could order in the free mats and centre caps for me.
Upon collection, I saw two dents on the bonnet and a scrape on the NS front wheel arch. Both had been botched with a touch up brush. Long story short, their business manager Mr 'Isaac Akowuah' promised to fix the issues and send on the missing mats and centre caps, plus a 'goodwill' gesture. Basically to get me out of the showroom with the car. Nothing since.
Left them a 1 star review with BMW which prompted a single phone call of empty promises from their AUC Manager Mr 'Bob Karia', then silence.

I was then promised their Sales Manager Mr 'Jon Taylor' would contact me. Not a peep from him.

They have edited the 1 star rating from the reviews they to show on their franchise website as they are rated '5 star'. Statistically impossible.

4 months on, I have issued small claims court proceedings after having to sort the repairs myself and buy my own mats and centre caps. Promised to reimburse me but they don't. I never got any goodwill gesture either! Court ref is L5QZ2F6W.

Excellent customer service from Billy Tubb 10/10

Got a call from the dealership that my car needs a service. Happily complied and gave my car in on Thursday. The vehicle is a motability vehicle so it's always in use. Got a call from the service team saying that it would not be ready in 24 hours which is fair as it needed some work. Waited all day today and didn't hear a single thing from the garage so I called them. After trying since about 1pm and finally getting through at 5pm, the service department kindly tell me it's not going to be ready until Monday. So did they not think it was a good idea to tell me?

Now without a vehicle for the next 4 days with appointments coming up. Thanks BMW, fantastic customer service.

What made my experience great was the patience and support I received in finding a car that perfectly suited my needs and preferences. A 5-star customer service..love it and would recommend it

Be careful if you take your vehicle here. Took my car here for a service. Paid £275, 3 miles on the way to a journey on the motorway warning sign comes up saying I need oil after they ticked oil was ok. Also had a spare key I had deactivated by them as I could not find it. Went back to them to activate it was told it does not work anymore and I need a new one which would cost £300. My gut told me they were lying. Took the key to another BMW dealer in Redhill who reactivated it and said it was just locked on the system £75 to activate. Be careful never going back here again.

Lovely customer service from Husayn yesterday - he wasn’t pushy and catered to exactly what we were looking for (both budget & model wise). Both Husayn, Isaac and admin staff put in the extra work to ensure we could walk away with our new car on the same day! So pleased with our purchase - would highly recommend these guys!

Previous poor experiences with Berry Croydon resulted in driving 40 miles out of my way to use BMW Farnborough and i highly recommend you use them. At Berry Croydon this morning, 5 advisors all sitting there chatting - 5 mins later I was greeted by a really miserable-looking soul.
I had to use Berry Croydon in April as a service light came on early before I took my car to Europe, so had no choice but to use them again. After the service, I collected the car and drove off- It rattled. I returned the car but was told no one could see it for another 14 days. It was logged and I was told to bring it back when I could. Today, when taking my car in for another service, I raised this with them told, I have to pay £125 for the car to be inspected.

This is without doubt the worst for customer experience and if you can't take your BMW to another dealer, then think about changing to another brand

On March 12, I did a recall at this BMW dealership. At that time, no issues were found with the car. Then I returned to my home country on March 18 for two months, and when I came back, the car showed an error code. I took it to BMW for inspection, and the result was that the NSR air suspension bag was not original. They told me that replacing it would fix the warning light issue. I agreed, and they ordered the part and replaced it for me. When I went to pick up the car, they told me the problem was resolved. However, shortly after driving away, the warning light came on again. I called them, but they were closed.
The next day, I took the car back to BMW. They assured me that the car had been thoroughly inspected and that the replaced suspension bag was working properly. Nevertheless, they decided to conduct another inspection. The latest inspection revealed that the part supplying air to the suspension bag was broken, and replacing it would cost £1,750. However, they couldn't guarantee that this would resolve the issue. They explained that if the computer system indicated other problems, additional costs would be incurred for further repairs.
My car is now only worth about £10,000. Their irresponsible behavior, endless repair costs without any guarantee, is just outrageous. My car is now completely undriveable.

James was very helpful and efficient he made all straightforward.

Excellent and friendly service from James. He was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He worked around my schedule for picking up my car and was not a pushy seller what so ever. Even though I have a more local BM garage I will use Berry garage for further services etc as I had such a good experience with James.

I took my car here for an overall check & when I picked it up 3 days later. My windows was not winding down my indicators, hazards and headlights is not working.
These things were working before I brought my car here. This company is not reliable all the lady could say to me was oh we have plenty of used and new cars. Yes I know you’re a sales person and trying to get sale but this is the wrong way to go about it.i was promised A manager will call me it’s been a week and no one has called me but they were quick to say pay before collection. I wish I didn’t pay untill I see the condition of my car first.
