Tyron was so knowledgeable about all their products and he took the time to listen to us and seemed to know exactly what we need.

We came before closing time and he even stayed with us a bit longer so that we can get our matrasse ASAP.

He found a really good deal for us and we saved some £.

I found Benson for Beds a very pleasant experience. The store was clean, tidy and there was no loud music playing!

He was very helpful, polite and informative. We were able to try out mattress’s at our own pace with Jazz giving us space but was there when we needed advice. I would definitely recommend Benson for Beds and would use them again.

Staff helped us find exactly what we were looking for and managed to get it delivered within a few hours.

Jaz was great helping us find the right bed a mattress for our new home. He was friendly and very polite person! Had a lovely experience.

Jay was very helpful made sure we were informed about the beds and made suggestions to what would be the best for us.

Good choice of mattresses, and initially was greeted and left to have a look around, but within a couple of minutes the hard sell started and we were being pushed into looking at products that we could neither afford or were not interested in. Two sales men were working on us, like a tag team, talking about different details which was very overwhelming!
I said on several occasions what I needed and wanted and that I would be happier looking around and asking for help when I needed it but one salesman would always appear within seconds to see if we were ok?! It wasn’t until I mentioned our budget, that was significantly lower than the high end price of the products we had shown all along (wasting everyone’s time!) that he then said I’ll leave you to it! We were then able to make a decision based on our needs and budget, and placed an order happily.

It was indeed a nice experience visiting the store. Sanjay, one of the manager at store did help us go through the process of choosing the mattresses and bed during the Easter break.. the process was much quicker and smoother than expected.. thanks so much for your help.

We needed a comfy mattress on a budget, and quick delivery. Noori listened to what we needed and went through all the relevant options. We ended up purchasing an Eve mattress. He explained the return, and other policies offered, and kindly carried the mattress to the car for us. Great experience at Benson.

Great service

Sanjay at Bensons at Staples Corner was great. We arrived near closing on Saturday, and he was patient & friendly regardless of our late arrival.
The following day, I called the Store first thing, and placed my order with Tyrone, who was also professional and helpful to deal with. All in all a very positive experience with the company so far.

The store manager Tyrone was very polite and courteous and allowed me to use their toilet so I then had time to look around and find what I wanted.
I did not require the help of the staff as I knew what I wanted and was able to narrow down my selection myself. I would have given them 5 stars if it was not for the fact that once I had made my selection it took ages to be able to pay and leave the store.

A very impressive experience. The assistant we dealt with (Sanjay) was excellent. He listened carefully to what we wanted, and was very helpful in taking us through the options. At no point did he try to push us into making a purchase. He made the entire experience much easier than we had feared it might be and we were very happy indeed with the option we finally chose. Excellent!
