Georgi, the assistant that served us was very thorough in helping us choose a new bed. I liked that I could try out the test bed to see what mattress would be best for me with my spinal problems. She was very friendly, pleasant and helpful

Georgi made this experience great. She offered help and gave us space in equal measure, she was very knowledgeable, and thorough when it came to buying, with a very pleasant manner. It didn't feel like she was pushy at all. The shop had different brands of bed and types of mattress and headboard, and she helped us match them all up.

Easy to deal with from the First Gentleman I dealt with in the shop to the people who kept in touch and delivered the new bed. I can’t remember the date I went in the store but the bed was delivered on the 15th and it was only a couple maybe 3 weeks before delivery.

Lee was working the day I went to look for a new bed, he was very helpful and wrote me a quote so I can go away and think about all my options, even offered to give me a call if the price goes down on the bed k was looking at! Very helpful and great customer service! Thankyou Lee

Staff were very understanding of my daughters additional needs and was very patient when she tried the beds. We didn't feel pushed to buy an expensive bed or the added cover they offered us.

Had the pleasure of being served by Shanice in the Dartford store a few months ago, we went into the shop just to browse as we were still a while away from completing on our new home. She was really patient with us and showed us a number of options until we found the perfect mattress for us. Since then shanice has checked in with us regularly to ensure everything is going well with our house purchase and keeping up updated on live discounts and we can’t to received our new mattress next week in our new home!

We went to our local Benson for beds shop in Dartford and Shanice put us on that testing machine to choose how firm/soft mattresses felt. It was very well executed with all explanations needed for us to be able to choose the proper mattress for our individual needs. Our order was done efficiently and smoothly. Highly recommended!! HEALTH HAZARD - DO NOT BUY THEIR FOAM MATTRESS. I purchased foam mattress for £840. Foam is faulty, has dip in mm which Bensons technician says it will take few months to stabilise but says it’s not a fault. Mattress does not support my feet and leg, I am waking up in strain and pain as feet is not supported and is “ floating” instead of resting. It is causing me physical and mental distress and I am not risking my health to see if in several months this will improve. Bensons uses they own rules to dismiss complain, gaslight that there is no product fault, refuse to give money back. Please do not buy from this company, you will save yourself stress, sleepless nights. They have completely wasted my money, time and joy of moving to new property. I am referring this case to trading standards, ombudsman and seeking legal advice. Please use my experience to save yourself lot of stress

It was detailed and very straight to the point about my needs. This is my second purchase at the store and I have been lucky to be served by the same person on both occassions. She understands my needs and recommended just the right products

We went to Bensons for a new mattress unsure of what type to get. We were met by Shanice who was extremely helpful with her knowledge and very patient as she explained about all the different types of mattresses suitable for our needs. She was so personable, never rushed us and gave us great advice.

Really helpful from in the store to the mattress being delivered, all friendly as well and efficient

Costumer service was awesome, friendly staff.Products are of very good quality . My only issue is the headboard too big and won’t fit through stairway.I will suggest designing smaller sized headboards.
