My experience at Bensons for Beds in Dartford was fantastic. Karen was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and exceptional throughout our visit. She patiently guided us around the showroom, explaining the different mattresses and helping us understand what would suit us best. I think I've become a bit of a mattress expert thanks to her—lol!

Her excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds Dartford, and especially Karen, to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.

Professional friendly service. Both in store at purchase. Experts. And following up delivery. Drivers / installers were lovely and assembled a double ottoman bed in an hour, took all the waste packaging away. Very happy with them all round. Highly recommend!

I purchased a bed with an igel mattress but unfortunately the mattress was way too firm & I was waking up in pain every morning plus there wasn’t enough give in it to allow for a metal plate in my shoulder. Bensons were very helpful & efficient in exchanging the mattress for something more suitable. I now have an Eve mattress which is so much better for my needs.
The delivery men were really good too, they were polite helpful & courteous they also gave good advice on how to let the mattress settle. I would definitely use bensons again.

My experience was very good.
I went to the Dartford branch.
I was shown different mattresses based on assessment.
Staff took their time and allowed me to sleep on the matress to experience the comfortability.
I was shown the different finance options available.
Once I have selected what I wanted they followed me up to ensure I was comfortable with the order informing me of the delivery date etc.
The customer service was excellent. I have never received such from a bed sales person.
They were not tired in answering my questions.

From the very start to the finishing at the store, the service was excellent. I only went there to see what's in store, but the staff member made me feel so comfortable and sold the very well that i ended up buying from them. Sales offer was very good with good discount. Brilliant service from start to finish. Went into the Dartford store - the gentleman there was so helpful and clear. Then onto delivery the two guys who delivered and assembled the bed Andy and Roaz i think they were called.... are just the most pleasant and gave us helpful advice. Add onto this the peace of mind that comes with the guarantee... I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bed! I actually bought a bed from them years ago and its still going strong. I did initially try to shop around online but decided to come back here and don't regret it one bit !

Had my mattress delivered today, ordered from the Dartford Branch. The staff in the store were really helpful and so were the delivery guys. Great service throughout. Now hopefully to have a really good nights sleep!
