I have been working with the Beegone team for a few months. The team are dedicated and passionate about saving bees which are so vital for our environment. True experts when it comes to live honey bee removal and reinstatement works. I am proud to be part of the team!

Very efficient and fixed our cat flea problem first time with no repeat visit necessary. Always friendly and helpful on the 2 x occasions we have needed their assistance.

I sent her some photos and she said she thought we had a wasp nest and offered to remove it for us. Thankfully it was empty and easily destroyed wioth a LONG!!!pole just in case.

Beegone did the job – the bees are gone. Branden was excellent. Great to deal with, informative and thorough. Also a perfectionist with the finished work. He was not happy with the colour of the replacement mortar and so we had Will visit us later to replace this – he is a magician with colour matching. A huge thank you to Amy too for her patience with my endless phone calls in an attempt to get the scaffold removed, this took longer than expected. We cannot fault their work and professionalism and are grateful for all they did. Would just note they were not the cheapest and a good idea to get a quote on any additional works suggested.

After disastrous results from 3 other companies, the team at Beegone put our mind at rest from the time of our initial phone call with Mollie and Peter, both were extremely helpful.

Our site survey was carried out by Branden who was professional, knowledgeable in his field and his customer care was exemplary. Branden carried out a thorough survey and then took time to answer all of our questions - and we had lots! He allowed us to accompany him into the loft (one safe) so we could see the situation first hand and understand the reason behind the recommendations/preventative measures, but at no time was there a hard sale; he simply ensured that we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision.

As a result we felt reassured that our on-going issue could finally be resolved.

We will definitely be using Beegone if needed in the future and would recommend them to both family and friends. Whilst the price quoted was higher than other companies it was definitely money well spent - we had previously used three other companies who charged us but didn't rectify or identify the wasp problem which was escalating.

I called these guys to enquire about some bumble bees which had made a home in a hole in our house.
They answered straight away and gave me exactly the advice I was after over the phone.
They were very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to get back in contact again if needs be!

The staff at Beegone were very knowledgable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Ultimately, we did not need to use their removal service but definitely would have no hesitation in using them in the future should the need arise.

I contacted Beegone as I had a number of bees hovering around the roof of my property. I’m not against bees and wanted them to be removed humanely in case they were causing damage to my property or leaving honey to attract pests (if they were in the garden or somewhere visible I wouldn’t have been concerned). Mollie contacted me within 24 hours and asked for photos. I sent the bee glamour shots to her promptly and was informed that they were white tailed bumblebees and could be left alone if not causing a nuisance and that they would pack their bags after 4 months of free accommodation. It was really relieved to hear this for the sake of myself and the bees. Thank you so much for the reassurance. Would definitely call them again if needed in the future.

Beegone have been a godsend from my first enquiry through to survey and completion of the job. Having the surprise of moving into my new home and discovering I had a huge bee hive in my chimney. They were able to give solid advice and then quickly provided a thorough survey. Brendon came round and inspected the job and gave an in depth quote with clear options. Mollie and Mandy were easily contactable online and via telephone to respond to my questions. The scaffolding company provided were professional and quick and didn’t require much input, which was useful as I am working from home. The Beegone team cleared the hive quickly on the day and sealed all entry/exit points and this was followed up the following week with an inspection to sign the job off. Overall I have been really impressed with the service provided and I am really happy to have a bee free home. I would have no hesitancy to recommend Beegone to anyone that has a bee problem. Excellent adivce on the phone they advised me to leave the bumblebees there, but get in touch with a photo if they become more of a problem. Much more interested in the welfare of the bees than just making profit; seems like a good responsible company.

Did a great job on our property bee proofing the chimneys. Friendly service and quick call out and also fast on completing the work. Would recommend!

I sent an email today to Beegone as I spotted a few Bees with pollen heading for the area for ventilation just below our roof. The reply was very speedy asking for a picture, which I duly sent and was told what type of Bee was making nest. I received some great advice, essentially saying just to “leave them Bee (corny pun but it’s made me laugh)” . The dialogue with Brandon was full of detail and that put my mind at rest that these little guys and gals were not going to hurt me and that I should let them go about their business until it is safe to seal the area in a few months time.

There are many companies that would have either immediately suggested extermination (as it’s cheap) or told us that we needed to remove the nest but I am so pleased that Beesgone are a company that seemingly act with integrity. Now it may be that I will still need help if my new lodgers actually start causing issues and I at least know that if that happens, Beesgone is a place for trusted advice.

Called Peter at Beegone today and received first class help and service. Using FaceTime we were able to consider how best to deal with my potential wasp problem and the options available to me. All done in a friendly and helpful way which has put my mind at rest.

I made a bit of a worried call to Beegone as we thought we may have a nest in our cavity wall. Mollie totally calmed me down and explained a few things. I sent a small video of the bees and a close up picture for Mollie and her colleagues to assess. Within 5 minutes they confirmed they were solitary bees and also a link about how to deal with them. Fantastic service and definitely no hard sell to come out. Thank you for your help
