They did an excellent job for our house moving. Easy system to get a quote, efficient and quick moving. Craig and James were friendly and thoughtful, tirelessly working through 3 & half hrs. Strongly recommend them.

The team arrived on time, were very friendly and keen to work. They were very efficient in getting the vans loaded and then unloaded again at the other end. Their whole approach made a potentially very stressful day a lot easier than it might have been. I would highly recommend Bearded Bros.

This was my first big move and I was incredibly stressed and nervous and I didn't know what to expect. The two guys (I want to say Billy and Charlie) who came to help us move were super helpful and chilled. They got all of stuff moved in about 2 and a half hours (1 bed flat) with no fuss whatsoever.
Emails back and forth whilst booking the removal were speedy and informative.
Basically, these guys made the actual move so stress free and easy, I'm so glad I booked them. Would definitely use this company again.

Sam & Ronan from the Bearded Brothers were prompt, on time and rapid. Nothing was too much for them, they got my stuff loaded with care and attention and packed up my TV nicely. The Bearded Bros are amazing from beginning to end. Vastly reduced our anxiety about moving. Communication and organisation was superb. And the day of the move went without hitch with guys who were friendly and went above and beyond.

Appalling. Rude and dangerous. Their van got so near to me on my bike it nearly had me off. Then when I asked them what they were doing they tried to run me off the road again. I was a metre away from the parked cars completely safely and in line with the highway code.

The team moved us to a rented house and then to our long term home. They were on time, they were quick and efficent moving everything in and out and nothing got damaged in these multiple moves.

I cannot rate Bearded Bros highly enough. We've used them for both of our moves and on each occasion they were prompt, respectful and went out of their way to make the day run as smoothly as possible. They're all lovely guys too which really helps when you've moving all of your personal possessions!

Just wanted to report that in line with lots of other reviews our experience with The Bearded Brothers was excellent.
Our situation was complicated : having to coordinate from overseas whilst our two sons were in charge of removals at home. Our sons reported team of two were super helpful and friendly and made what could have been a very stressful day very straightforward. The price was excellent too. We would highly recommend and will certainly use this service should we move again.

I knew I’d be choosing Bearded Bros before I’d even arranged moving house, as I’d seen their vans everywhere around Brighton and anybody I know who has used them said they’re great!
So I booked with them and couldn’t be happier. They arrived on time, managed to move both my belongings and almost the entirety of my garden into the van in no time at all - and the same with bringing it all into my new home.
Both guys were super friendly, and put me at ease throughout the whole process as I’d been very stressed about it all.
I couldn’t believe how quickly it was all finished!

It was a recommendation from a work colleague, and they definitely lived up to the hype. I’d definitely use Bearded Bros again for any future moves!

I have to say moving home twice in 6 months isn't the dream, but having used the chaps at Bearded Bros for both moves, it was 100 times easier. On both occasions, my expectations were blown away by the guy's attitude, work rate and general client awareness. It's a tough job, and being a person with a bad back, you feel a little guilty not being able to support, but I can honestly say they guys made me feel at ease and worked their socks off.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They constantly go above and beyond to make sure the whole experience is as painless as possible.

After a recommendation from a good friend of mine I was very pleased with the service I got from the Bearded Bros on what was a difficult task moving some quite large items from one Town House to another. I thought their lads worked extremely hard and took great care. Definitely would now highly recommend.

Read before proceeding to this company and their awful treatment and resolution.

My husband has already left a review, and we would like to correct some of the responses see below addressing their points.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

We are sincerely sorry for the damage caused to your dining room table, which was caused by one of our employees falling over in your home. However, we have tried to make every effort to replace the damaged marble table top.

Response: he didn’t fall he dropped it which is a lie.

As we knew this was a valuable item, we instantly referred this to our liability providers and asked them to act swiftly. However, 5 weeks later, this is still an ongoing matter due to you refusing any offer that has been made to you.

Response; 5 weeks later as you didn’t case manage this and left us to deal with the insurance company and barker and stonehouse directly straight away, shall I screen shot this? Still outstanding as I type.

So far you have been offered two resolutions;

1) A brand new table top cut to the exact size of the current one and using the highest grade marble. This would have been completed by a highly regarded stone company.

Answer: this was refused as we have the existing legs for the table you broke so it would sit upon that and it would have voided the warranty or break the legs if it was to heavy or unsuitable, is this a good enough reason?

2) We found you the exact same table in Barker & Stonehouse, however, this was refused on the basis "it's an ex-display and someone else may have sat at it".

Response: complete lies, we never said that ever, and we were rightly upset you are trying to replace a table with an ex display with no returns on it, the ex display is placed up in guildford without us driving to see if we only had the insurance word it was in good condition, this is not acceptable, the facts are you offered us 3k to buy this ex display directly so you could close our case which could mean we are left with a faulty damaged table potentially with no right to return. You broke a new table delivered in feb 24, unused until you took it into storage in the summer 24. So brand new, so you should be replacing the table as new like the one you broke! Very simple in everyone’s eyes.

Whilst I appreciate that this is an ex-display item and that there was slight damage to the table legs, we only needed to replace the marble top section. We could still use the original legs from your existing table, as these were not damaged in the accident - after speaking with Barker & Stonehouse, they confirmed that the top was in 'as new condition' and would have been a perfect match.

RP: what reassurance do we have from you, If it comes damaged on delivery?

Also, I note that you have mentioned our maximum cover is only up to £5,000 value, unfortunately, this comment is incorrect. On your inventory form you placed the table value at £7,500, however, upon being asked for proof of purchase, the actual price you purchased the table for was £5,000 - of course, our providers would never pay out more than you originally paid for the table.

Response:
Again a lie, the table is 6k which we stated, the reason we paid less is I'm an interior designer and got a trade discount on the item. The item still remains new just under 6k so that is what you should be purchasing. Not offering us 3k for a ex display table with no returns so you can close our case.

Again, I'm really sorry that this has happened. We carry out around 200 moves a month and accidents like this are very rare occurrences. We stand by the fact that we have tried to resolve this as quickly and fairly as possible for you, but we have been met with hurdles on each occasion.

Response: we appreciate accidents happen, which is why we were more concerned about your employee rather then our table but your lack of compassion and lies are frankly unacceptable, now it becomes clear why the guy was worried about his job when he dropped the table. Your company on this experience have dealt with this awfully.

Lastly, as per the terms & conditions you signed before you paid your deposit and the job taking place, you have not purchased an insurance product. You purchased standard liability which only covers you for a like-for-like replacement or repair, not new for old. You agreed to these terms and asked us to proceed with the booking.

Response: if it’s like for like we will settle this with this further action as we gave you a new table to look after and deliver back and you have come back with a substandard offer to sort.

I'm sorry that this has happened and I can only apologise that you are not satisfied with the outcome. We wish you all the best in the future.

Response: my future right now is still sorting your mess out, speaking to barker and stonehouse to get a damaged table so your sorry is another lie.
