I was overly happy I am with the service provided today by Peter Phil and Sam.
Id been so stressed for the few days prior worrying about the move , whether or not was going to happen and how much I was going to have to do with a newborn baby on board. The answer to that was an absolutely nothing!
The guys completely took control and left me free to take care of the baby.
I can’t begin to express how happy I am in words! I want my gratitude to be known by the big bosses, whoever they are so that they are fully aware that they’ve got three absolutely outstanding removal guys on their team!

I also requested that a note be put on my file to say that I request these three guys do ALL of my future moves - there’s due to be at least another two!

I will never use another removal company again- EVER!!!

Wow! I can’t say good enough things about Perfect Group. They moved us out (Billy & Team) and moved us back in (Joseph & Team) due to a leak. Young children, dog, a lot of stuff, parking challenges - nothing phases them. They are a slick operation, the friendliest team, caring, positive, hard working, organised, careful of belongings, efficient, put everything where it belongs, disassembling and reassembling. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for making a stressful task stress-free!

I have moved house many, many times and had varied experiences of removal companies. Perfect Group were recommended by a colleague. From my first interaction they were so helpful. No pushiness whatsoever, nothing but professionalism and yet so friendly. The four lads on the day Haydon, James, Max and Michael went above and beyond. They were super helpful. They removed their shoes every time they went in and out of the house. They didn’t mark any walls (which I know is sometimes unavoidable), nothing was broken. They followed my instructions perfectly and made the whole experience easier. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I would actually only ever use Perfedt Group myself going forward.

Perfect service today when our furniture was returned by Matt, Nat and Abigail. Lovely people, very professional who showed great respect for us and our property- they went above and beyond and did far more than expected-thank you for sending this team

I can't thank Sam and her team enough for the outstanding service they provided during our house move. Despite working in sweltering hot weather, they remained professional, hardworking, and positive throughout the entire day.

They took great care in packing and loading all of our belongings, treating everything with respect and ensuring the job was completed efficiently and safely. Nothing was too much trouble, and their teamwork and dedication were evident from start to finish.

Sam is a true asset to the company, leading by example with professionalism, excellent organisation, and a fantastic attitude. Her whole team deserves recognition for going above and beyond under such challenging conditions.

Everything about our removal was incredibly professional. The whole team from Perfect Group was fabulous, from Sophie who checked that all was in order and answered any questions to the team on the day, the professionalism was faultless. This company really lives up to its name. The team that we had, Hayden Josh David Will Jamie Olivia Tracy and Sophie and Jackie from the office were all excellent. Professional, friendly and worked so quickly our move was as stress free as any move could be.

The whole move from start to finish was seamlessly good. The contact pre-move was professional and reassuring and the team on the day were superb. Courteous, efficient, friendly and all done without fuss or drama.

We have just completed a major house move and Perfect Group were first class. We are downsizing, so had a lot of furniture to move into our new home and into storage. The co-ordinator from Perfect spent considerable time with us ahead of the move to help make sure we were ready for the move itself. They then provided a fantastic team who were with us over 5 days as we moved everything into storage and then into our new home. One hears many stories of bad experiences with removals companies but I can honestly say that Perfect Group exceeded my expectations and were brilliant throughout the move. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is my third time working with Perfect Group, and once again the service was outstanding. I’d like to say a big thank you to Marie Middleton for taking care of my request—she arranged the boxes and even organised a last-minute collection with just an hour’s notice for the next day. We could not have found a better or more professional removal company than Perfect Group. It was a joy to work with you from start to finish! Your professionalism, expertise, and packing skills are simply unbelievable and a stress buster of the highest level. Also, we observed a wonderful cameraderie amongst the work men who worked relentlessly, tirelessly and continuously for three days packing as well as three days unpacking.
