So the photo of the beach bag I purchased looked amazing in the photo. Not cheap at all at $32 USD. Half price apparently. When it arrived I was very disappointed. The bag looks cheap and is made in China. It's not a bad bag but not worth the price paid by any means....you could find a better bag at KMart. The returns process is expensive. You do not return to America as you would expect, but instead I have been asked to return the product to ITALY. This cost 3 times as much money and is almost the value of the cheaply made bag I purchased. Just be aware, I wouldn't purchase anything off this website again.

Addit: So a few months later I got a reply on trust pilot saying they would send an email to sort something out. They never sent the email of course.

Just bought a monokini from this company. The size guide doesn’t help you choose the correct size and they won’t exchange sizes. What you actually get in terms of the look is very different to what you see in the photos. Good photography! Don’t buy from this company. And it’s not even inexpensive so you can just say oh well!

0 stars. I was sent the wrong size, contacted beach bum and they refused to do anything about it. Terrible company. Buyer beware!

For those of you whose experience with this company is a total letdown as was mine, please remember these words: Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Division of Attorney General's Office (both your state and Alabama, where this company operates). Complaints to these offices resulted in the appropriate action in recovering the funds owed to me for items never delivered. It was my hope that perhaps this company was no longer in operation, but I guess I was wrong about them again. If you have made every reasonable effort to work with this company to resolve your issues, do not hesitate to report them to the authorities as this is the only way to get the issues resolved and perhaps will eventually persuade them to either operate honestly or cease doing business altogether. The few minutes it takes to make an official complaint is worth it.
Five stars for the Attorney General's office in my state for their work on this and ZERO stars for those running BeachBUMS Blessings and Bargains!

i purchased a monokini that looks to be knit online. Once i saw the bikini it was not! Super tricked by this company poor representation of its products. I would never wear this suit in public, Once i saw the suit i put it back in bag didn't even try it on and they will not refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM this company!

I purchased the wrap bikini and you can tell in an instant how poorly made this stuff is. The top was super padded and the fabric in general is crap. The cut is horrible. This company is cheap China-made wares. Don't buy from here. I just sent mine back and I hope I get a refund, but hearing from others, it may be an incredible headache. I assume it will be because it seems like one of those companies that wants to make big bucks off initial sales.

Toya is one of the worst customer service I have dealt with. After waited over 30 days of not getting my Simese knit style bathing suit which I ordered on 5/29/21. My trip is June 29 to Miami. I been checking my email and call my mom if any package came while I was away. My mom lives with me so she check the mail everyday. She is home everyday retired. I was emailing Toya back and forth asking where my bathing suit after 3 weeks. She sent me a tracking number and I track it was still in some city in China then 2nd time before my trip it was in Jamaica!! I came home July 6 and no package. Again Toya told me that it was delivered on 6/30/21. The day after I left supposedly. My mom said no package on my step as Toya said it was delivered. No proof of it except the message she got was delivered. How does she knows it was delivered to my house and not anywhere else. I still don't have my bathing suit nor my refund if $40 plus for this bathing suit I never got. Still now today 7/21/21 I email my order and got Toya as my customer service once again stick to her story please ask my postal service to investigate. Are you kidding me!!! Just resend me my bathing suit or refund my account. Never again I will deal with this company. I ordered many things from all over the world and never have this much issue with my refund or no refund.

Received my swimsuit very late even though I paid for express shipping —it took almost a full month to arrive. The item also didn’t look like the material pictured at all. Customer service answered quickly and politely but said I could not return or have any other accommodations because it wasn’t within their 7 day return policy. It was my first time shopping there and after all other complications I would have hoped to be assisted further. I unfortunately do not recommend based off of timing and quality.

A TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Their pictures are deceiving regarding the quality of the material. My $50 swimsuit was hideous in person and nowhere near the online pics. They advertise right next to their products that they accept returns within 7-days, but do not also mention that the item they are advertising next to is exempt from their return policy.

Horrid. Finally took the bait and purchased the Siamese rope swimsuit. Unfortunately. When making purchase, I was redirected numerous times. Never received an email receipt. The only proof I purchased it was in my bank statement and it’s not even listed as beach bum store so of course they wouldn’t honor it. Don’t make the same mistake I did

It’s a total scam. You’ll never receive your items.
They email you a fake tracking number to use on their falconexpress tracking site. Do not order from them. SCAM. A day after I ordered from them I had some scammers try to hack into my social media and email account. Weird coincidence.

Do not buy from this online shop, which is supposedly 100% return guarantee within 15 days. You can’t return items , they make it impossible. Constant bantering emails, I tried to escalate to a manager but got no where. Also they want your credit card details, so I’m assuming to take more money.
My clothing arrived, nothing at all like any of the photographs. Even if I tried to make it look good, it was all nylon, cream instead of white, & not at all like anything I ordered. All of the fabric on every piece of clothing was synthetic nylon & not cotton as they claim. Nothing fit either.

If I could give zero stars i would. This site/company is not to be trusted. I placed an order June 2020. It is now November 2020 and I have emailed them weekly about missing item. They refuse to give me a full refund or replace item. They said their system says its in transit. They gave me a 10% refund assuming that is OK. This site is a scam. Multiple complaints on their Instagram about only receiving partial order with no refund or replacement. Do not order.

I'd give zero stars if I could. It took nearly a month to get the swimsuits I ordered that were very clearly from China and the quality is laughable. One bikini may fit my 10 year old niece but not a grown woman. These companies always pop up on Facebook and make their products look high quality when in reality it's crap (and coming from China). They will not take returns on swimsuits because of "hygiene" reasons even though they can clearly see the suit has never been worn. The return policy is never made known during the buying process. If Victoria's Secret will take a return on a bathing suit this sorry excuse for a company can too. What a waste of $116. Lesson learned.

I ordered some swim suits from this store and was not informed until 2 days later about the expected delivery date (3 weeks). When I asked to cancel, as the order would arrive after my vacation, they informed me that the cancellation can only be done 24hrs after completing the order (but I was informed 48hrs later)

I finally received it almost 2 months later, the swim suit quality and size were laughable to say the least. I never even tried them on, as the size is unbelievably small, Probably more suitable for a toddler than an adult. Of course, they refused to accept them as they informed me that "items such as underwear/lingerie and swimwear will not be accepted for returns for hygiene reasons"

Their responses were so indifferent and disengaged, which also proves that it was a bot and not an actual customer service employee.

I have never experienced such a poor service, substandard customer treatment, product quality and misrepresentation in my 10+ yr experience shopping online, appalling really. Never order from them.
