I bought a changing robe, it arrived with a little nick in the waterproof fabric, I contacted customer services, they told me it must have been me, I assure you I had only just got the coat out of the bag.
I have since worn the coat a handful of times trying to get my £120 worth of use at least, it’s literally falling apart at the seams. Absolute waste of money, I’m self employed and this was a big investment for me. I regret it immensely. Would never use again.

I ordered a crochet blue top from Beach Bum. The pattern is so cute and it fit really well! I also received the item in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company and their products!

I bought a dry robe there was an issue with the zip and I needed to return I was really impressed with their no quibble and quick refund excellent service I will definitely order something again a very trustworthy and honest company to buy from

I read up the reviews after I ordered my one pice bathing suit and I freaked out that I fell for another scam.
Sent an email asking is this a scam and where is my order. I got a fast and polite response back with my shipping tracking number.
My order did arrive within 8 days and the bathing suit was what I expected. Great! Either I’m lucky or what ever but for sure can’t pint point what the discrepancy is with others and their orders?
I personally will shop here in the future. Good luck!

Total scam! I ordered 3 suits, all arrived within thier published shipping window. However all were not true to size and 1 was damaged (pulled threads on front). I was told they do not take returns on swimsuits(hygienic reasons). I pursued a claim thru PayPal and then they said they would take items back but I was on the hook for shipping....to ITALY!! this was too cost prohibitive so I am stuck w 3 useless swimsuits.

I wanted something cute and fun that would last me through summers no matter how many times I went swimming.

HORRIBLE! TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! So I ordered this bathing suit (Siamese Rope)and when I got it, it was nothing like the picture. The color scheme was completely different and pattern was different and also back of the swimsuit in the picture on the website is definitely crotchet! No doubt yet the material is not that at all. After relooking on the website I notice the there were two pictures of the back of the bathing suit and they were both DIFFERENT. I didn't even notice until I went back on after getting the bathing suit and couldn't believe I didn't notice! It says 2-8 business days but is way longer and I ordered a medium and its so long. Its for someone super tall and I am 5'9! Customer service told me there were no returns on swimwear. No were does it tell you its final sale. They should be ashamed of themselves for false advertising. They told me it looks different then the pictures because of lighting. Yeah I do not think so. Total Scam and I fell for it please do not!

I ordered the siamese rope swimsuit nearly a month ago. After not receiving my order or having any shipping updates for 2 weeks, I requested a refund. Suddenly they email me a different tracking number for a completely different company than the first tracking number. I was told they cannot issue a refund because the package has left their facility. When I checked the status of the new tracking number, it said that it had only just been created 2 hours prior to me receiving that email- after I asked for a refund. Now there’s apparently no tracking info whatsoever. When I asked what they’ll do to remedy the situation since they’re refusing to refund my money, I was told “don’t worry your package is on its way to you.”

This has to be a scam, do NOT waste your money. Went to leave a review on the website but you can’t even do that.

Regardless of whether the package left your facility, the right thing to do in this situation is issue a refund because your customers aren’t receiving the product they paid for. It’s called integrity.

I always wear a medium. Waaay too small. I missed the review that says swim suits are not returnable!!!

I ordered for the first time and will never do it again. I bought a swimsuit but was unhappy with the quality of it upon opening. I emailed customer service within the 14 days for a return only to be told they do not accept returns on swim. I was never told it was a final sale item throughout the whole process of the purchase, not even on my receipt. The summary of their return policy was below the item before I purchased it and this company purposely omitted this vital information. I am filing a complaint. They are able to respond here but have not been able to provide me their basic contact information for the complaint. They have horrible business practices so best to stay clear!

I ordered a Kitchen Aid lavender ice cream scoop on June 29, 2022 online. They said it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. They charged my credit card $25.20. I tried calling, texting and sending emails and they won't answer where my order is and they won't give me a refund. It is now August 21, 2022 and this order still hasn't been sent to me.

The one piece suit I bought looks nice but is not crochet like the picture looked. It’s all polyester…I ordered a large but it’s very tight

I got a hold of Beach Bums my order is clearly lost in the mail thanks to the incompetent post office. But Beach Bums is going to replace my order now that they realize my order hasn’t moved in two weeks from the same post office facility in California. It was probably stolen. The scarf looks beautiful in the picture online which is why I am so excited to get it. Had originally wanted it for my vacation. Thanks so much Beach bums for taking care of the problem

Love the fit of my rash guard! I ordered it based on size and it was accurate! The pattern is just gorgeous! Bottoms could have been longer but I was more interested in the top.

These people are a ZERO. I actually think this company is a scam. They take your money & DO NOT DELIVER the product. Beware of these people and DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
