Ordered bathroom sink and unit, but notified that it was out of stock and not available for a few weeks. Was in no great rush so happy to wait. Items arrived a week before it was due so very happy.

I would recommend this company, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
I placed an order for a shower unit over the weekend, selecting next-day delivery as I urgently needed a replacement installed. However, on Monday I received an email stating that the item was out of stock. They also mentioned that they do not operate over the weekend, which explains the delay in processing the order—but this wasn’t made clear during the ordering process.
They offered an alternative, but the options I actually preferred—though still listed as available on the website—were also out of stock. I had to settle for the one they suggested, which wasn’t my first choice, but I accepted it out of urgency.
Even then, the replacement didn’t arrive the next day as expected—I had to wait an additional day. Considering I paid for next-day delivery, it would’ve been fair to have the item sent out on the same day the issue was discovered. The delay wasn’t my fault.
That said, the product itself seems fine, and it came recommended by my handyman. I just hope the ordering and delivery process becomes more transparent and efficient in the future, as I’d still be willing to try them again.

Update - bad products scratch easily
Update. You sometimes need to trial a terrible product to realise just how bad it is. When putting on the shower head, it immediately left a scratch on the cheap Chinese plastic it's made out of. This is why I'm not getting a refund apparently.

This particular item is actually one of our best-sellers and is loved by thousands of customers, so we’re genuinely surprised to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. That said, we do understand that things don’t always work out for everyone.
Regarding the refund, we do try to be as fair as possible with our return policy. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged during installation or use, as this falls outside our policy.
Sadly unacceptable
Sadly, not a great review. Ordered product paid for next day. Informed not able to send next day so I asked and received a part delivery refund. Checked that available 3-5 days, and was told yes, so waited. Didn't come. Chased up, twice, informed sent, then not, then eventually that sadly it wouldn't be coming due to transit issues, so we said to cancel and we had to order elsewhere. Only to get an email saying ignore that, it's been sent - and it duly arrived that day! By which time I had paid for another product - so a total mess. Got a part refund (should have been a total refund but just cant be bothered with them) Will not be using again. Live and learn.

As mention in my email sent on 20th, we refunded the full shipping cost back to your original payment method. I also offered to arrange a return of the item, however you rejected this offer and said you wanted to keep the item. Please let me know if you have changed your mind and we can arrange the return.

Horribile service. AVOID
Ordered three items that ALL showed in stock and paid for NEXT DAY delivery.
They emailed me the next day that 1/3 of the items won't be available for a few days and asked if I want an altermative or willing to wait for THAT item.
I agreed to wait for that item.
BUT in order to save THEMSELVES money, they also decided not to ship the item that WAS in stock in order for them not to need to pay for two shipments.
In addition, the refund for the next day delivery that I paid for was also not yet received!
HORRIBILE SERVICE!

Please rest assured that the tap was not dispatched whilst we obtained your instruction in the event that you wanted to cancel the order as the shower kit to go with that tap was not available. It was not to avoid paying two shipments.
The additional cost that you paid for next day delivery was refunded to you on 27th May.
We value your feedback and are committed to improving our service.
Poor customer service and communication
The product I bought had little information in the product description and I had to purchase with the hope that its fit for purpose. However it didn't work and I had to return it and the drama started, firstly the communication was so poor and I had to keep chasing the contact reps for next steps, I paid for tlreturn courier and there was no say about whether the item had been received or when I'd receive a refund. When I reach out to the rep, they patronisingly tell me it can take more than 14 days which wasn't communicated earlier. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company unless you're absolutely sure the product is fit for purpose.

We aim to make our returns process as straightforward as possible. As outlined in our Returns Policy, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund if they change their mind. After that, up to 365 days from delivery, we still accept returns, but a credit note is issued instead of a refund.
In your case, we received your return request on 25th April, which was within the 14-day window. On the same day, we emailed you our full returns policy along with the next steps. On 28th April, we issued a QR code for you to return the item. The returned item was received on 30th April, and a refund was processed on 12th May.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your bank account after processing. This timescale depends on the bank and is unfortunately beyond our control. Each of our emails to you included details of this timeline and our policy, to help set clear expectations throughout.
We understand how important timely and transparent communication is, and we believe we acted promptly at every stage of your return. We're sorry if any of our messages came across as anything other than helpful – that was certainly not our intention.

Disappointed with purchase
I would not normally review a purchase that was not acceptable due to colour that I was going to return. The return procedures you have produced have not allowed me to return the product to you due to advised back log on your part in communication.

Went ahead with an order
Went ahead with an order, item clearly said in stock. Wasn’t. Suffered delays to out work schedule as a result. Paid for next day delivery. Contacted me via email in coming days - pointless at this point. Still waiting on refund.
Just another 3rd party tout who literally ship direct from the manufacturer and don’t carry their own stock.

Lydia contacted you when our offices were back open on Monday 28th April to inform you that the item was out of stock. To date ,we have not received a response from you via email to advise if you would like to proceed or to request to cancel for a refund. Based on your review, we will cancel your order and issue you with a refund without delay. 99% of our next day deliveries are delivered the next day as requested. On occasions, during busy periods (approaching bank holidays) we may oversell items or the inventory may be incorrect when we try to dispatch your order. The item you ordered is a Bathroom House product which is usually always in stock. We apologise that you encountered this problem and thank you for your feed back. We are working hard to replenish stock quickly to meet customer demands.
Terrible
Terrible! Sold me an item out of stock, informed me 6 days later offered me a completely different colour, green instead of black, my unit wouldn’t be back in stock for another 2 months. They said they would send the taps and fittings, but I would have to pay for another delivery of unit ( I had already paid £39.95 for delivery) ! I responded back by email to be told they were still answering emails from the 12 February, and I was in a queue. Rang customer services - who offered me another black unit , not what I wanted but went ahead with as I was paying a bathroom fitter . She organised a refund too . Delivery of taps arrived- but she had ordered another one on top of what I already had purchased alongside fittings, which I have also been charged for . Basically- go elsewhere if I was you .
In response to your reply , I contacted you ! I was offered a green unit instead of black! I never ordered the second tap - the lady on the phone added it to my order.

Our stock levels are always changing, the item you ordered was showing as in stock. You selected delivery within 3-5 working days and when the warehouse went to pick your order to dispatch it to be delivered the following day, it became clear that the inventory was wrong and the unit you wanted was not available. Lydia therefore contacted you as soon as we were aware and offered you an alternative unit in the same design/ range.
I am happy that I was able to find you an alternative unit in the colour you desired and you did not have to pay any additional delivery costs.
We can see that you selected two taps at checkout. If you do not require two, you can return one for a full refund. I have sent you a returns QR code. We are unable to "charge" you for anything. You select the items on the website and pay for your basket at checkout.
