He kindly explained the issue, gave some tricks on the washer and i found out my water wasnt switched for the dishwasher hence why it wasnt working. Thank you so much Eddie! Prea post moving in, the in house team have all been incredibly helpful and whenever anything has been within their control they've helped with massively, be that the move and the little issues with the new flat (which are expected) .

The day is finally arrived, I have received the keys of my flat! Very happy of the communication throughout the completion phase, and the support of Emily from the completion team has been stellar!
Have they been paying people to leave good reviews?
Nothing but trouble since I've moved into over 3 years ago. High service charges for nothing. Issues with the building constantly but no one to talk to or get hold of. When you do finally get through to someone they either have no clue what to do or they treat you like dirt. It's all sunshine and daisies to get you in and as soon as you're in they don't care about anything you have to say.
All in all they are a scumbag company with some absolute pigs working for them.
