Exceptional Service
When I went to Balfes, I didn’t feel like they were just trying to make a sale. They took the time to offer proper support and guidance, which really helped with such a big purchase. The young lad, Kieron, was brilliant — he talked us through the right bike height and sizing, suggested the best bikes for the terrain my boys will be riding on, and even found us the best deal. The manager was also really helpful, making the whole experience feel relaxed and supportive.
I came away feeling confident I’d made the right choice. It’s also great that they’re local, so if we have any problems with the bikes, we can just pop back in. Two very happy boys — and one very happy parent!

Being new to electronic shifting he spent a lot of time explaining everything thoroughly . The team were excellent at helping me pick a helmet and balance for my toddler. The order arrived well within the time frame given and I was contacted straight away!

Strange noises from front wheel.
I took my bike in with a strange noise coming from the front wheel. Turned out to be the bearings. They replaced them with zero fuss and at a reasonable price.
