Baclis has been my most trustworthy management agent who works extremely hard in taking good care of my property. The team is amazing and I would like to give my special thanks to the property manager Michelle Anderson and the head of accounts Fiona Davey, not only because they are always prompt in answering any question that I may have, but also because they always go an extra mile to serve my best interest. Michelle has been very proactive in providing me with the market update and liaising with the tenants for solving various problems; Fiona on top of taking care of my rent account also helps with liaising with law firms and getting me legal advice on my request. They are considerate, caring and easy to communicate with. I feel so fortunate to have chosen Baclis as my agent, and hope they thrive in business as they deserve every success.

We recently used B&C Properties to find a new property to rent and were pleased with the service provided by our agent Adele, who was attentive and knowledgeable throughout. The referencing process utilised software that made what is usually a bit of a painful process, nice and smooth, and B&C have been helpful keeping us updated in relation to a couple of maintenance queries we have had during our tenancy. No problems and a good experience so far - refreshing!

Michelle Anderson at B&C properties in Kidbrooke village in London is an absolute rockstar. She has been 24/7 available in the last 18 months where I've been renting a property from them. Any issues, however small have been fixed immediately. She is also super friendly and really nice to deal with. I'm about to rent a new bigger property and she has handled everything so professionally and gone over and above to make sure that everything ran smoothly and was stress free for all parties. In today's world, it's actually quite rare to find managers that care this much about their clients and I want to acknowledge that she is quite extraordinary. Recommend, recommend recommend!
