The engineer made me feel comfortable and put me at ease straight away. He showed me how to utilise my chair to its most and set it to suit my needs. I found him to be very polite and reassuring.

Delivery and Set Up
I ordered a chair with delivery and set up, although the box was very difficult to move, perhaps could do with holes for handling for ease, the delivery was on time.
Set up was completed by a Back Care Solutions engineer with little to no effort. The Back Care Solutions engineer went through all the adjustments with me and set the chair to my needs, great service and i would use again. Very friendly service top marks

Brilliant service
The ease of placing the order right through to delivery.
I made a last minute change to the delivery address, it was all handled with ease and delivery was not delayed, in fact it was delivered extremely quickly.
