Product is good but even after careful review there are white lines still on the bottom of the printed labels which were not evident in preview when I ordered them.
**UPDATED EDIT: Thanks to the customer service team who got in touch with me, they reprinted the labels correctly and shipped them at no extra cost the very next day! Very pleasant to deal with and swift in rectifying any issues. Would definitely order from here again, super happy with the customer service team!

This is unfortunate that you have had this experience with us. We understand that there are some oils and liquids that can make the ink on a label run. We do have some materials that make the label itself durable from such liquids but the ink itself can still smudge.

our green stickers with the logo front lables and the back info lables for our product, these were the incorrect shade of green.
The Lables were way to bright green as we needed a army green as was on the orginal we sent to you.

Great service but faulty font
The service was great - very quick to arrive once I had done my design and ordered. I had trouble with the font I selected though - I ended up with my apostrophes disappearing (font: Elsie Swash Caps), which made my text look a bit odd. I tried emailing to give feedback but received no reply. So - be careful what font you use.
Apart from the font problem, the product was great.
