I found the method to order online to be excellent except I was rather disappointed to have difficulty claiming a discount. That was what made me try Avery as it was advertised. I paid full price reluctantly.

This is unfortunate that you had difficulty with claiming the discount. We do monitor all our promotions and if there are any errors we do rectify them immediately. In these scenarios we are more then willing to honour the discount if the system isn't working.

Stickers were same excellent quality
Stickers were same excellent quality. Program is much improved so design is much easier and less glitchy.
Postage pack was open on arrival though so maybe need taping up when the parcel is on the heavier side.

Postage had taken over a week. Post office said the envelope was labeled wrong and kept on being sent back to the sender.

I found the online process a little difficult to use. I have received my products but I wish they were bigger but that did not seem to be a choice. I also am not happy with the design but probably can change that myself

This platform allows you to switch over to the option of having us print it for you and deliver in the mail. As you've pointed out there are some elements that haven't transitioned across properly.
