Arrivo a Catania alle 20.00 ca. Arrivo al noleggio verso le 21.00 e ho dovuto pagare 60 euro perché l’ufficio chiude alle 20.00 è assurdo!! sanno benissimo che gli aerei arrivano anche più tardi! Le macchine sono parcheggiate lontane e non ho avuto nessuno aiuto alla consegna nonostante abbia chiaramente detto che non posso camminare a lungo. Nessun aiuto.

prenoto, chiamo per dire che non ho carta di credito visto che alla conferma prenotazione è arrivato messaggio che dichiara questa obbligatorietà. dicono che non è un problema che posso facendo assicurazione totale a 120€ (on line era la metà) da loro con bancomat posso con lo stesso lasciare cauzione. arrivata quindi senza cambiar nome conducente mi viene detto che no non si può fare a 120 ma 450€ e il collega nega la chiamata effettuata anche se dimostro che mi ha dato informazioni dettagliate che senza telefonata non potrei sapere. tutto questo essendo non all’aeroporto ma a 10 minuti di navetta e dando servizio navetta solo ai conducenti. quindi con persone all’aeroporto ad aspettare. PESSIMO

Recensione SUPER POSITIVA personale educato disponibile mi hanno trovato un furgone 9 posti nel giro di 5 minuti salvando la vacanza a tutti non smetteremo mai di ringraziarli.

Posso valutare positivamente la mia esperienza con la sede di BG, dopo una prima richiesta di danni per alcuni graffi a loro dire causati da me, hanno valutato e rivisto la situazione, rimborsandomi nel giro di qualche giorno. Quindi posso dire noleggio serio!

Beware of AUTOSYSTEM SPA. They claim they only need your credit card to check your name, but in reality they steal all your card details. Once you leave the country, they charge you hundreds of euros for insurance you NEVER requested or agreed to.

I had valid insurance through RentalCover via Ryanair and explicitly told them I did not want their insurance. They didn’t care, they charged hundreds of euros without my consent after I had already returned to Spain.

This is deliberate fraud. They lie, manipulate, and have zero ethics or respect for customers. AUTOSYSTEM SPA is not a company you can trust. Avoid them completely, handing over your card is asking to be ripped off.

Ottimi operatori, sin dal primo contatto telefonico si sono resi disponibili e gentili, inviando il preventivo migliore vis e-mail, nel particolare la Signorina Alice, per poi confermarsi non solo al ritiro ma anche durante la ri consegna, dialogando con me, il cliente per la verifica del servizio ricevuto e ricercare migliorie da poter apportare (non nel mio caso)

Non si può descrivere pubblicamente quello che penso. STATE LONTANI DA NOLEGGIO A BREVE,MEDIO E LUNGO TERMINE, grandi fregature vi attendono

Lors de la prise en charge du véhicule, le loueur nous a arnaqué avec la carte de crédit (il prétendait que ce n'en était pas une, même après appel de la banque). Finalement après 2h il a fini par nous dire qu'il y avait une solution: prendre une assurance complémentaire à 222 €. Et là la carte bancaire passait sans problème !

i will never hire a car again at this company.
the personal is really not friendly and yelling at my wife. i think they have to look for an other job because they are not good for this company. they try to let buy you an extra insurance for a lot of money. they know how to let people bleed. when you bring back the car they are looking under the car and you have to pay for damage. this is for me the first company that is looking under the car. this is probably because i refused the extra insurance.
i am sure that the people after me who hire the car have to pay for the same damage.
after a lot of paperwork i got this money back from my insurance company

I DO NOT RECOMMEND renting a car from this company. The employees are disrespectful. The employee named "ilham" was completely rude, mocking, and impolite to me. Furthermore, they charge a much higher deposit than other companies (this money is only returned after about 10 days). The car was also delivered dirty and with a serious dent. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews for this company before renting because they are terrible. The company is truly terrible, and the employees are disrespectful and unhelpful (quite the opposite. They will do everything they can to profit from the customer. I recommend taking plenty of photos and videos of the car when renting). This company operates under two different names: TargetRent and AutoSystem. The customer service desk is the same, and the staff is the same.

Autosystem di Verona, noleggio eccezionale. La navetta per arrivare all'auto noleggio è arrivata molto velocemente, l'auto prenotata una panda, dopo una breve spiegazione della ragazza addetta, gentilissima e molto preparata mi è stata subito consegnata e per 9 giorni mi ha portato in giro per il trentino senza problemi. Anche la consegna è stata molto veloce, la stessa ragazza dopo una breve ispezione per verificare lo stato dell'auto e il pieno effettuato, mi ha fatto firmare la chiusura pratica e dopo una brevissima attesa la navetta mi ha riportato velocemente in aeroporto. Che dire prezzi concorrenziali e servizio da 10 e lode. Complimenti

Arrivati in aeroporto a Palermo telefono per avere indicazioni sulle procedure , mi viene chiesto in quanti siamo, visto che devono inviare una navetta. Rispondo che siamo in 3, più una bimba di 3 anni. Arrivata la navetta, l’autista ci dice, anche sgarbatamente, che solo una o due persone possono salire. Per mio marito con la bimba di tre anni, forse passerà una navetta più tardi, ma non è sicuro. Così mio marito rimane un’ora ad attendermi con il clima rovente , senza potersi spostare, con il bagaglio e la bimba .
2. Avendo noleggiato un seggiolino per la bimba, mi viene consegnato in mano SMONTATO ( per giunta impolverato “ non vorrà che lo passiamo con un’idropulitrice..”). Alla richiesta di avere il seggiolino montato la risposta è perentoriamente negativa perché non si assumono responsabilità, neanche se garantisco di sottoscrivere una manleva. “Nessuna società di noleggio lo fa” ripetono più volte : bastano due telefonate per appurare che non è affatto vero e che Sicily by Car per esempio lo fa di default. A me né istruzioni scritte , né orali, per via della supposta responsabilità.. Della serie SI ARRANGI..
3. Mi chiedono di firmare il contratto sul tablet senza neppure farmelo vedere: “ lo riceverà sulla mail una volta firmato”. Dico : siamo matti? Che sopruso è questo?
4. Al rientro mi consegnano per gentile concessione la fattura di cortesia. Mi accorgo più tardi che il codice fiscale non corrisponde al mio…

Esperienza inaccettabile – Da evitare assolutamente

Sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare presso questa agenzia.

Dopo aver prenotato un veicolo online (con pagamento anticipato), mi è stato impossibile ritirarlo in loco perché non disponevo di una “carta di credito” in senso stretto, come la maggior parte dei clienti francesi. Questo requisito non è chiaramente indicato al momento della prenotazione.

L’agenzia ha annullato la mia prenotazione senza alcun rimborso e, quando ho espresso il mio disappunto, il personale si è mostrato aggressivo e offensivo. Una dipendente mi ha persino detto con disprezzo:
«Benvenuto in Sardegna», il che la dice lunga sul loro atteggiamento verso i clienti.

Eravamo diverse famiglie nella stessa situazione, a quanto pare uno scenario ricorrente.
Da evitare assolutamente se volete iniziare la vostra vacanza in tranquillità.

Given that I rent cars all over the world, I must say that the experience was excellent except for the cleanliness of the windshield and the somewhat "hard" power steering (Fiat Panda 1.0, km 70,000). For the rest everything was perfect (shuttle to/from the airport, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, professionalism, waiting times, cost of insurance coverage, etc etc). Stratospheric price: € 18/day, unbelievable stuff!
So many of the criticisms read are completely unfounded, the result of inexperience in car rental

Premesso che noleggio auto in tutto il mondo, devo dire che l'esperienza è stata ottima fatta eccezione per la pulizia del parabrezza e per il servosterzo un po' "duro" (Fiat Panda 1.0,km 70.000). Per il resto tutto perfetto (navetta da/per l'aeroporto, cortesia e disponibilità del personale, professionalità, tempi di attesa, costo copertura assicurativa, etc etc). Prezzo stratosferico: € 18/die, roba da non credere!
Quindi molte delle critiche lette sono completamente infondate, frutto di inesperienza nel noleggio auto.

Da evitare come la peste ti addebitano danni già esistenti coperti inizialmente con cera ..nonostante evidenza in foto che comprovano il danno Aeroporto Catania

STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY. I have never seen such a rude staff in my lifetime. When we asked for clarifications they threatened to terminate the contract and turned their back on us. Nil customer service skills. This staff seem very engaged in starting fights for no reason. I have never seen something like this, it was a surreal experience. VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPLEASANT.

The rental experience in general was good, this review is more about how they are tricking you, into a position where you have no other option.

I was making a booking via DiscoverCars and included full coverage insurance and paid in advance.

But when I was taking over the car, the rental company(AUTOSYSTEM) were insisting that deposit can be charged only by credit card, unfortunately I had none. So they offered me their full insurance instead of the intermediary company, so I can leave 2/3 of the deposit by debit card.

DiscoverCars refunded me the full insurance which I booked in advance, 88Eur. When I returned the car AUTOSYSTEM charged me 286Eur for their full coverage insurance.

So basically they robbed me ~200Eur only because I had only debit card, which they were not accepting.

This was the worst car rental experience I’ve had—definitely not recommended. They don’t accept American Express, so I had to use my debit card. Obligated to pay for the full insurance, which cost around £300, and they can hold a deposit of up to £1,000 for nearly four weeks.
