Very unimpressed with the quality. Items continually turning up scratched and in poor condition. Quality control appalling and then relying on the client to return each time. Expensive items, bad quality so far. Much better products on the market for the value.

Steve at the Guildford branch was incredibly helpful. Beautiful quality bathroom pieces. I absolutely love my new sink, taps and toilet.

The person on the customer service desk basically cut me off and put the phone down on me, mid enquiry, to answer another incoming sales call! Does she do this to all new and existing customers I wonder ?
To say this is not a very good customer relations tactic, is a massive under statement.
The additional part I required then took 5 months to turn up !

Amanda at the Guildford branch gave a first class service from start to finish. Our bathroom refurb had it's challenges on-site and we were always offered the best advice followed by a quick solution where necessary. I would recommend Amanda and Aston Matthews to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you, we love our new bathroom!

First rate product, first rate service, support and guidance from beginning to end. Diana has been a breath of fresh air in her proactiveness. Against a complex backdrop of freight delays and shortages (not Aston Matthews fault) it wasn't totally smooth sailing on the deliveries but getting my dream bathroom could have been heaps more stressful than it was. I can not wait for the final final touches (which is just waiting for another supplier to manage their freight delays).

Had a problem with fitting a new show head and arm into a 11 year old Aston Matthews shower wall fixture. They were very helpful and suggested a very sensible workaround, which has worked perfectly. Thanks.

Brilliant service - patient and attentive. Good quality too.

Ordered two tap valves which I was told would take a couple of weeks. Chased up after two weeks and it arrived exactly a month after I ordered it. Valves worked perfectly and stopped the dripping tap.

Friendly and well informed advice. Excellent range of quality products. The basin we chose was available promptly.

We ordered a complete bathroom set. All were fine except the soap dispenser, where I was very disappointed with the fit between the glass dispenser and the mount. The circular wall mount is too large meaning the dispenser wobbles. The other models did not have the same issue, so be careful what you pick. Unfortunately, there is only one set in brushed SS, so we had no other choice.

In looking for bathroom fittings for my newly renovated house, my architect suggested Aston Matthews for high quality, stylish sanitary ware to furnish an ensuite,main bathroom and cloakroom.
I didnt have a huge budget but with Steve Cook's brilliant advice I was able to find beautiful bathrooms at very affordable prices.
I didn't think I could be happier with Aston Matthews until the fixtures arrived to discover each box was individually marked as to where in the house they were meant to go. My builder said " this makes my life easier, someone knows what they're doing"

Phoned up, had the bath in stock, paid for it and it turned up a few days later

Very personal service from the team at Aston Matthews, and two years on from a major refit they're still super helpful with queries on the products etc. Plus their lead times are super fast. All in all, fab stuff!

We needed a mildly abrasive environmentally friendly cleanser. Through experience we knew Bon Ami (American product) was just what we needed. We found that Aston Matthews stocks and recommends it to their customers to clean and protect their cast iron tubs. We also know it works well on fiberglass and ceramic cooking surfaces.

Very helpful staff who fixed my issue very quickly- highly recommended!
