I’d been dealing with an issue where a gym membership payment direct debit hadn’t been taken from my bank account, and I was worried about extra charges. Beverley was incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding from the start. She took the time to listen to my situation without any judgment and made everything feel much less stressful.
What really stood out was her willingness to help—she kindly removed the administration fee from the outstanding balance, meaning I only had to pay my actual membership fee. That level of understanding and customer care is rare and very much appreciated.
