I recently contacted customer support to cancel my gym membership, and I just wanted to highlight the outstanding assistance I received from Jemma. From start to finish, she provided truly exceptional customer service and made what could have been a tedious process remarkably smooth and pleasant.

She went well above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and correctly, taking the time to explain the steps clearly and making sure there were no issues or confusion along the way. Her professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely friendly tone made the whole interaction an absolute pleasure.

I had a really positive experience with Beverley from Ashbourne Management and felt she deserved a review for her excellent service.

I’d been dealing with an issue where a gym membership payment direct debit hadn’t been taken from my bank account, and I was worried about extra charges. Beverley was incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding from the start. She took the time to listen to my situation without any judgment and made everything feel much less stressful.

What really stood out was her willingness to help—she kindly removed the administration fee from the outstanding balance, meaning I only had to pay my actual membership fee. That level of understanding and customer care is rare and very much appreciated.

Thank you, Beverley, for your patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. You turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a really smooth and positive experience. You’re a credit to Ashbourne Management!
