Having used ARKIPLAN several times with our ARKIPLAN Single Point Of Contact namely Nicki Chew on side, its right to say her knowledge, understanding and skills are excellent but so too is her attitude and behaviour to ' Get it done ' .
First class and well done !!!

Arkiplan have been absolutely fantastic! Felt very looked after and will definitely recommend them. Great work guy’s 👍👍👍

The price was great and the initial experience was good. Introduced themselves and the offering, waited until i was ready then booked me in for an appointment from one of their surveyors who came round and used a tripod mounted camera which basically read images from various locations to build an accurate to scale model of the house

Then another appointment is made to discuss your needs with an architect

The first meeting was a bit of a write off but the circumstances were out of everybody's control

The subsequent meetings were not write offs but they were a bit hit and miss as we worked to tailor the design to just what we needed and it was not clearly understood by us what the process to proceed to the structural calcs part was

When we got to the structural calcs the structural engineer, whilst clearly knowledgable, was difficult to get to tailor their output in accordance with exactly what we'd asked for in the design with the architect. I would say it still doesn't truly accurately reflect what we asked for and ended up with

It seems the comms between client, architect and structural engineer needs improvement if the client is to be truly satisfied with all the design output and for the docs to truly reflect the building end result, notwithstanding changes made to the plan onsite, of course... but these differences are not those

I know an excellent structural engineer. My advice would be... use these guys for the design but arrange your own structural engineer

Can I say immediately that the Architect was excellent. Efficient, helpful and professional. Unfortunately the admin team supporting her were frankly hopeless, slow and unresponsive. They didn't bother to respond to emails and when it got to the point where weeks had passed and I complained they still didn't bother to respond. Thank god for the architect who made up for the admin incompetence and ended up doing their work for them. Very sad.

Superb experience using Arkiplan. Efficient, friendly and soooo customer focused, nothing was too much trouble. And saved a fortune by using them also. Have recommended to lots of people.

Good attention to detail and really good value. Third time for us using them and have recommended to many friends.

A very well organised company. We were kept informed during the whole process and they delivered in time. Arita was very helpful during our call with her and suggested better alterations than we originally thought. I'd highly recommend arkiplan as they surely take off one of your worries in the planned project.

Easy to use for simple roof work. I knew exactly what I wanted and Arkiplan did the drawings simply and with minimum fuss. All online or by phone, perfect for me.

We found Arkiplan to be helpful and responsive in preparation for our extension project.The original suggestion on roof shape was great but in practice, it would have been problematic to build so we needed to alter the design a little and resubmit drawings. Arkiplan immediately provided new drawings at no extra cost which was very much appreciated. Build took a while due to planning delays but we got there in the end! Keeley fully engaged with us right from the start and we are delighted with our new rooms!

Great service from the outset through to the completion of drawings for our extension. I'll be using them again in the future.

We used Arkiplan during lockdown 2020. We had talked about an extension for years, it was always the plan when we brought the house so we knew what we wanted.
We had an online consultation and design meeting and gave them all our ideas and measurements.
If you are willing to do the leg work of measurements and taking and sending images then Arkiplan is a great option and a lot cheaper than an architect.
We had to go back and forth a few times even months after plans were completed due to roofing and drainage queries from other professionals and they happily updated the drawings no questions.

We decided to go with Arkiplan after researching remote architectural services. We are not new to construction so felt comfortable doing that. If you want your hand held, this may not be for you. Would recommend paying for the on-site interior and exterior survey by Mataport to ensure interior and exterior dimensions are correct. We discovered during the build that the exterior ground levels were not correct on the drawings. This impacted internal ceiling heights and planning approval. Because we had paid for the Mataport survey, Arkiplan fixed the drawings and re-submitted the plans. It all worked out in the end. The Architect we worked with was helpful and made good suggestions. You are dealing with real people.

A revolution in getting drawings done! Having variously prepared my own drawings, for small jobs to appointing engineers and designers for larger projects Arkiplan's service neatly bridges the two including sorting the structural engineer pack too. Quick and a reasonable price. We had a little wobble in the middle due to some sickness - but it was dealt with and we got the project over the line. Would use again.

A really easy and most importantly for me, transparent service with no hidden costs. I had contacted a number of providers prior to using Arkiplan and found many unable to provide a standard quote. I am just putting my plans in - this, building control etc. are additional costs, but I am very pleased with the service.

A great experience! Fees were transparent, our designer was brilliant and the review and sign off process for plans, elevations was smooth. Highly recommend. It’s all online but it doesn’t matter when it’s this good.

The whole process was made far more straightforward and also done with a fair degree of speed which was appreciated. The 3D photos were carried out soon after the initial booking and then Keeley and Megan especially were very helpful and pleasant.

Very easy to engage with, excellent drawings and very fast turnaround. Slick processes and a pleasure to work with.

Experienced architect gave me good design configuration advise that I hadn’t considered- professional service.

Arkiplan team produced a design that met our brief in a timely and efficient manner. Great experience - now over to the planners !

Great service again from Arkiplan. Why go to a slow old fashioned architect when arkiplan can get the job done in days not months?
