We’ve yet to see what happens with the efficiency of getting our plans submitted to the council but so far we can’t fault Arkiplan. Everything has been so easy. They’ve thought of every step in the procedure and made it so simple to follow. I love that when you provide comments the architect has a tick box for when they’ve completed it- literally no room for forgetting anything. On top of that, our designer Arita has been brilliant. She really listened to what we were after and provided us drawings we love. After an awful experience with a previous architect firm we were nervous about doing another project but Arkiplan have been faultless and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Arkiplan!

We spent a long time looking for the right Architect, we stumbled across Arkiplan online and it was something I kept going back to (very dubious to use an online service, also very curious). We decided to take the plunge and we're so glad we did, Dave was amazing. We only had to tweak the drawings once during planning permission and this was done very fast and efficiently to avoid any delays. I used Arkiplan for both planning and building regulations approval. I had an awkward request in that half my project fell within permitted planning so didn’t need full permission. Well Arkiplan were happy to work with this and were transparent, and prompt with the service especially for all queries along the way. I am a chartered professional so was in two minds as to whether I needed to use them but I needed this to run smooth and not suck me from my paid work, so decide to use them. This was a wise decision and whilst it may be an expense for some, it is excellent value for money and for me has taken a huge amount of stress out of the project. Thank you to Meghan Willers who had been fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Very quick and simple process.
Whilst my job wasn’t massively technical, it was still dealt with quickly and efficiently with very little effort at my end.

Platform was straight forward to use, our designated architect was very helpful and friendly, pretty quick turn around, would recommend and will use the service again.

So far, and hope it will be like this to the end of the process which is planning and building regulation approval: very experienced and professional designer, great care about clients with time importance, fast replies, problem solving, adaptable, flexible, helpful, technical knowledge; responsible and professional technical team preparing council application, fast responding time, drawings team taking care about details. Competent, proactive, personalized customer service

Disappointed with this company as drawings were discovered to be wrong measurements in part of my extension. When I contacted the owner to point this out he became aggressive in tone very quickly and threatened bailiffs. Another reviewer stated the same on Trustpilot about bailiff threat but I cannot see that review now. Are companies allowed to get negative views removed?

Very quick , cheap and efficient. Ideal for our medium sized extension . Did actually save me thousands , no joke . And I stumbled across them online , never heard of them before . If your planning an extension and want to save time and money , then it’s a no brainer - fantastic

We had a zoom consultation to tell them what we were after and everything was done very quickly with only a few minor amendments needed. If you are after a quick turn around of your plans then I would recommend Arkiplan.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Arkiplan. From first instruction, through the design process and to getting finalised drawings and planning approval, it was quick, easy and very frail priced. Our designer Tristan was easy to deal with and came up with some great ideas for our project, when he was not available there was always someone to step in and help. All in all very happy and would definitely use again for future projects.

Desperately disappointed. Plans were drawn incorrectly. I asked for building regs drawings but no engineer was ever retained and only received planning drawings. These were done incorrectly missing whole strips of frontage and misplacing trees and drawing the wrong level for the floor and ceiling of the extension - and the council has rejected them costing me a great deal. The first set of drawings had to be withdrawn, and now the second too. I am now unable to reach any human to get a response and am still wondering how they expect to do building regs drawings without ever consulting an engineer. I paid for these and two sets of fees for planning. Costs are therefore extortionately higher than quoted. You can book a ten minute slot for a call or zoom online. But no call arrives and ten minutes is a bit of an insult and less than helpful. Frankly awful to be treated so badly.
