I was quite apprehensive about the cleaning and refringing of my expensive 100% wool rug. I need not have worried. It was returned to me yesterday and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. The colours are glowing and the new fringe is immaculate.

Sian and Derek were a pleasure to deal with, Sian provided a written estimate, a realistic time frame and communication was excellent throughout. When Derek returned the rug, he was so helpful in unpacking and relaying the rug, even helping me lift a heavy coffee table back into place. As an older woman living on my own, I was particularly appreciative of this help.

Brilliant service from Derek and Sian- they have perfectly cleaned two large rugs both of which are usually sat in busy areas of a busy house (which includes two large dogs). I was so pleased, I have now taken an even larger rug for them to work their magic!

Arcadia did a superb job of cleaning and revitalsing an Indian rug I had had stored in the garden shed for a long time. Not only does it look clean and vibrant but the pile feels deep and fresh. Service from Sian and Derek was excellent.

Really pleased with the service. I have a large Loaf handmade bobble rug in cream which had got filthy from building work and plastering. I wasn’t sure due to the material and state it was in whether it could be restored to how it was originally, but so pleased with the results and now looks as good as new. Lovely people to deal with as well. Highly recommend.

We have just had a second oriental wool rug cleaned by Arcadia having been so pleased with the result of our first .The one just cleaned had suffered from pet stains in the past which looked like they were there to stay, but Arcadia worked their magic and returned an unstained as new rug .First class service .
