Very pleased with the service overall, and delighted with the finished detail of my rug. It's nothing special, but I love it, and seeing is coloursstanding out like new after being cleaned at Arcadia...I'm delighted.

Excellent service and results. I have just had 4 different rugs washed by Arcadia (a hand knotted hall runner, and 3 wool mix rugs with uneven surfaces) and the before/after difference astonished me. I had tried a professional carpet cleaner but the rugs felt almost sticky after that and did not seem clean. Arcadia brought all 4 rugs back to life. They look, feel and smell clean. The bedside rugs are now a delight to step onto, clean and soft. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thank you.

I had a number of rugs renovated and repaired by Arcadia when I moved house to the North West. They included very large Persian and Afghan ones, Kashmiri, Turkish etc. The big Persian one was very moth eaten in places! The quality and attention to detail was excellent and a lot better price than I would have found in London!! I would definitely recommend Arcadia to anyone who wants a professional and reasonably priced repair or cleaning!! They are knowledgeable and helpful too….:-) Leo

I was at a loss on cleaning my hand-made rag rug until I was told about Arcadia Rug Spa. I took it to them and they were confident that they could clean it without it falling apart. They did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. I will certainly be taking it back to them in the future.

Had an old ( 40 years +) mohair rug cleaned by Arcadia Rug Spa. It had belonged to my parents and was cream but had become grubby over the years. Very impressed by the care that was taken and the result was fantastic. Now it can be used for another 40 years!

We have used Arcadia for several years, we have had several different types of rugs cleaned, the difference is stunning when they come back clean and fresh. Our Laura Ashley big rug had a rip caused by dogs which they repaired, it has been cleaned 3 times so far since, it has held up well in our heavy use lounge area and we now have it cleaned by Arcadia every year. They are a small local company and deliver an outstanding personal service.
