They don't respond at all
The website froze on an order (wouldn't complete checkout with a "something went wrong" message) and despite emailing through the website and phoning repeatedly I have been unable to get any response at all.

No option to just replace items
I have used this service before and was replacing my travel medication pack as it was looking bad after 18 months of extensive air travel.
The product is good but the website lets things down. It did not show my previous purchases, so I didn’t have an opportunity to just replenish what I actually needed to replace.
