Product and service great but took nearly a week for the post office to deliver. Sorry but can’t compete with Amazon delivery. Would not use if in a hurry

Very good, I'm on the subscription for mounjaro and the price is competitive. Delivery has been good although with it being delivered in a cool pack if you miss the delivery with royal mail they don't deliver to a neighbour. They return and come back the following day which worries me regarding the temperature element and shelf life of what is a very expensive medical package, especially if you are purchasing it well in advance. A hot summer's day may cause problems if you miss delivery and the package gets warm.

At my video call on Friday 10 April, I was assured my pen would be despatched on the 13th for delivery on the 14th! I had also put on my order that I had been stranded in the Middle East so had had a gap! I rang twice on the 13th and left details for a callback, they didn’t happen at all! I have raised a complaint & had absolutely no correspondence confirming receipt! You should not be in business, you lack everything that falls under a positive customer service! Dreadful organisation

Disappointed in how long it took to deliver first pen and was given excuse about being over Easter holidays. That meant I had to order from current supplier again who had no problem delivering over that period.

Ordered Mounjaro and it was sent via Royal Mail.
Tracking says it was not delivered so I emailed Curely. They took 2-3 days to respond and told me they would "investigate". Many days later they confirmed it was lost... but that i would not be getting my refund until 30 days had passed. Now legally, this is not allowed. I have nothing to do with Royal Mail or Curely so why am i being told to wait 30 days for a refund? They had 0 intention to even check up on the fact that i was without Mounjaro now despite being on 15MG! 0 interest in my health or disruption to my schedule of taking doses.
It has now been 30+ days and they havent messaged me.

STAY AWAY from this company, they do NOT care about you or your health as long as they get your money.
